I am a contractor and I go to this store almost every day. I spend thousands of dollars there and I expect good customer service. Well, even if I was there to buy a box of nails I should be treated better than I was today. Anyway, I went to the Electrical department to get some breakers and go up to Jim and wished him good morning and asked him if he could help me. To that he abruptly and dismissively, in a manner like he didnt want to be bothered and he wanted me to go elswhere, said "No, I do not speak Spanish". This was completely uncalled for, and even though I have dark hair and an accent I am not Hispanic. I guess it would have been even more frustrating if I was one. Talked to manager Dan, he said he will talk to Jim to find out what happened, as if he did not believe me. He said he will take care of it but he did not even apologize to me for the incident. RUDE employees, bad service, avoid this store.

Terrible customer service. My husband coming this morning to check the order we placed last week. Nobody was aware where to find the order. The mexican guy Rodriquez was extremely rude and unpleasant to him. My husband apply to the manager ( she is mexican as well ) about this Rodriguez behaviour. My husband asked manager to provide a pen to wright down the names for the future claim about this unpleasant situation. The manager refuse to do so and she become laughing together with Rodriguez when my husband leave the store. So, my husband spent about 45 min in the store, get terrible customer service which made him nervous and affect his day. These people have to be punished for their unprofessional and unpleasant behavior. Menards needs to get rid of this kind of people, who destroyed the store reputation.

Menards is a great store! Their ads are always full of great deals! Many times there are FREE after REBATE deals weekly. Although they run out fast. Either way, I noticed construction materials are cheaper than HomeDepot, so during my remodel I purchased a lot from Menards. Its interesting that besides home improvement items Menards sells frozen pizzas, jams, clothes, appliances, personal hygiene items, etc. At times I am surprised what I find at this store. Its like HomeDepot, Walgreens and Walmart combined. Note: this location is going through a construction, they are expanding the store! It will be much larger and hopefully will carry more products. Have fun shopping!

I shop here every single day as a local contractor Darek and Sons Remodeling. What can I say? If Menards closed today, Id be devastated. I purchase about 90% of my materials here, the prices are pretty good, the selection of building materials is unmatched and most employees know my name and are very helpful. See you in the morning, Darek. That was my review 4 years ago. Now Im so enthusiastic. A lot of good people stack shelves instead helping customers. New employees every week, whats up?

I love to browse and being a new home owner they have a great selection to keep me buying. But the employees follow me around and pretend to be checking something right where im standing. Recently one bumped into me and didnt even say anything. And not once has anyone offered me assistance, if theyre going to loiter and be rude they might as well be helpful, instead I get shood off.

Nice place some associates are nice and others act like they were forced to work their. What made me hate it was one associate who didnt even bother looking for the product and just kept telling me we could order, after two minutes I found a whole section of them Menards should work better on informing their associates properly of the products they have in store.

ATTENTION TRUCKERS 53 VANS WITH SLEEPERS CANNOT BE DELIVERING HERE , THERE IS PALLETS AND PALLETS AND PALLETS OF VARIOUS STUFF ALL OVER THE YARD . LAST NIGHT I WAS THERE FOR HOURS TRYING TO GET OUT AND THE MANAGER STEVE IS THE STUPIDEST MAN ALIVE , NO COMMON SENSE WHATSOEVER, THANK GOD ANOTHER MANAGER JOSE WAS THERE TO HELP

I drove a friend to Menards last weekend. And Im so glad I did as they had a couple of things I have been meaning to get and at great prices. Plus I also get an 11% Rebate. Was able to get some much needed things done I kept procrastinating. Feel good now that I got to cross some items off my to do list. Thanks Menard!

The plumbing section was lacking. Didnt have sch 80, the only reason i went 30 mins away. Every other menards has sch 80. The sch 40 selection at this location was next to none. I didnt look at the rest of the store, but im sure it was lacking too.

Like the competition, only different. The deals they run can be real hard to beat by the competition. But, sometimes the lack of employee knowledge, in both home repair and location of items in store, can be a bad trade-off for those deals.

Great hardware store. Has most of the items I need for the house. Love the Menards Rewards, just wish they would have something allowing me to fill paperwork online, rather than mailing in the receipts, so 2000s

This place has almost everything you could possibly need from a hardware store, plus more! Great deals all the time, you can buy the same thing here for half the price of Home Depot sometimes.

This is one of the smaller Menards, but their selection is pretty decent. Definitely worth the stop if you dont want to overpay at the other big home improvement shops nearby.

They are currently remodeling so its very loud and messy. Would probably give four to five stars once remodeling is done. Easy to find things you need. Good selection.

Every home store Home Depot, Lowes has an electronic wheel chair. With as big as Menard is this should be at the top of ADA need.
