In Feb, I ordered two matching sconces for my bathroom. They were in stock and when we received them, the two sconces did not match and damaged. Chose another manufacturer and ordered two more. Have been given three different dates of availability and now it is not until late May. The staff seem to have limited knowledge on getting these products and uninterested in helping my wife and I. We have been long loyal customers. We are very disappointed in service.

Hortons is amazing. The store is huge! You walk in and are really blown away with all of the chandliers, fixtures, lamps...everything. The salespeople are really nice and know their stuff. Ive purchased from Hortons dozens of times and they have been great every time. Theyve even done custom-order lamps to keep my wife happy. They also carry furniture and accessory type stuff, which is nice, but its there lighting that really makes them special.

We are now on our fourth home in the western suburbs and each time we remodeled our homes, we purchased all our lighting at Hortons, in addition to hardware purchases, etc. Obviously, we have benefited from the rewards program and love getting the certificates in the mail.

Follow-up after purchase disappointing. Long time customer just purchased a $400 light and its missing a part that they have and said theyd mail out. Didnt get, called back they forgot, said theyve been busy. I may be too busy to continue shopping there.
