Ive shopped at about a dozen hardware stores in the past 5 years, and these guys are my favorite. They always seem to have what Im looking for, everyone in the store is always friendly and helpful, and their folks are very knowledgeable about their products and how those products are used. The store is always clean, well organized, and brightly lit... and their prices are competitive. My only complaint ( and I have the same complaint about every other hardware store and big box store I visit ) is that Id like to see more products that are made in the USA. I am willing to pay 5% or 10% more to get a product that is made in the U.S.

This is a great Ace. I run here for odds and ends constantly. Everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. Of course on the whole it is slightly more expensive than the big box Home Depot up the street. But they often have sales that cant be beat.

Large selection of merchandise, reasonable prices, and excellent service. It might sometimes cost me a few cents more than Home Depot, but Im always in and out faster and with smile on my face. Totally worth it.

The people working here are a great help and very friendly. I had a leaky valve that needed about $3 worth of parts, and they spent >30 minutes making it work and installing those parts. Not a drip now.
