I asked for a Cold Brew iced coffee with cream and classic syrup. First, the barista, young girl with glasses, served two other people who came after me. Then I saw that she did not add the cream, so I told her that I had asked for cream. She just said its over there. A bit annoying since coffee was filled to the brim, so no room for cream. I asked her to do it. Im usually not a difficult customer, but every other Starbucks Ive been too happily added the cream and syrup, which in the case of the Cold Brew makes a big difference making it a richer taste and worth the extra money. She added a little cream, just twirled my cup, and gave it to me. Unfortunately I did not taste it until I got home. Tasted just like a regular iced coffee. Ive had Cold Brew often in the last few weeks and this one was a waste of money. I will not go back to this Starbucks when she is there. She must be new, more like a machine and unfriendly. BTW she worked May 7th at around 11:30am. Starbucks Cold Brew at Jewel on Ogden and Cass has been the best so far!

I love starbucks, but this particular one is mismanaged. This is the worst starbucks ive ever been to. Severely mismanaged, mcdonald quality experience. Expect people to mis-understand your orders, make you stand in line for ever, look annoyed when you ask to warm up your pastries, and the list goes on. The place looks as if it was run by a bunch of unprofessional high school students. The store is in a great location and has great potential: it deserves better managers and employees.

Consistently amazing service here. Today in particular - I ran in to have syrup added to my drink that a barista at another location didnt add. Barista at this location happily made me an entirely NEW drink and [manager?] gave me advice on how to order my drink next time so the mistake doesnt happen again. Probably the best Starbucks location Ive ever been to and I visit several different locations every week. Keep up the good work!

I bought a 3 dollar drink and gave them a 20 dollar bill. I walked away and forgot to collect my change and the receipts. I came back an hour later and they said "Im not allowed to give you your change back after you left". The thing to do when someone forgets there change is to say "you forgot your change" but I guess sense Im only 14 they thought they could take advantage of me and they got away with it.

Its very cozy for this area. For real coffee my favorite is 1 block away! (Café La Fortuna)) Real, fresh, brewed and roasted on site, Eco & Environmentally sustainable coffee. Authentic drinks found no where else. Support your local town of Hinsdale NOT the big corporations. FYI, Starbucks roasts there coffee 6 months prior and it stays in warehouse. This is not coffee.

One of my favorite Startbucks. Helpful staff. Quick moving lines. Parking can be tricky in this busy downtown. And the shop gets busy after the local middle school gets out. No drive-thru, but they do accept mobile orders.

Extremely slow and not very nice. If you attempt to order a coffee before catching a train, expect a long line since they actually do the revers and lower the # of workers at register and slow down productivity.
