Love the coffee, it is my choice at home so I prefer it over most others. The baked goods are really good, I enjoy the atmosphere a little more than other coffee locations on Oakland, it is more roomy and quiet. Employees are not as good as others, friendly enough and love what they offer. Havent had a bad experience yet even though I sometimes expect to have one with the iffy employee that looks confused with my order but knock on wood I havent yet. Good spot.

20 minutes to get one toasted bagel with cream cheese. I cant be absolutely sure about why it took so long - as the people behind the counter appeared to be working diligently. It might have to do with the updated layout of the kitchen area (looks like it had to do with their updated branding to Caribou) as it seemed incredibly inefficient. Was I there at a peak hour? Sure. But considering the simplicity of my order...

The food is awesome here but the service sucks since their remodel. I have gone there 4 time in the last month and every time, I am done drinking my coffee well before my sandwich comes out. Many times there are 3-4 people working just on the sandwiches and it still takes 10-15 min to get the food. Only reason I go back is because the food rocks. It never use to take this long

I dont know if i caughy them on an off day...but no one seems to be on the same page here. I got my bagel and waited 10 mins for my coffee. Not impressed. And to add on my review my coffee was not what i ordered. I decided to take it anyways. The place seems very chaotic. I wont be back.

The best bagels. Crispy and squishy all at the same time. Plus a nice selection of options for bagels and cream cheese toppings. Always friendly service and a convenient location with some parking available. Good for a quick and casual breakfast.

Wonderful treat to find this open on a Sunday after 4 pm! Got my iced coffee my way and a power bar for tomorrow. Sadly I was not aware it was open earlier so missed my favorite bagels. Nice staff, nice atmosphere.

Coffee grounds in the coffee. Order was to dine in yet it was packed up as a to go order. It was better when it was just Einsteins. They would bring you your order and it was just a better experience overall.

Very nice and cozy location. Highlight is definitely the Caribou Coffee menu which is great and not around much these days. Plus got a free cookie for taking a short survey while I sipped my coffee.
