My wife and I were in need of new running shoes and 3 of her friends were raving about the store. We went in and were able to be taken care of right away with a super friendly staff. They measure your feet, check out your stride, and than pick out a few pairs depending on the above before setting up an actual running test for comfort. After that, if inserts are needed they adjust for those as well (which also are than used in the running test.) Overall, a friendly staff where you really arent paying more than at a regular shoe store but have MUCH better personal attention from those with an eye for runners.

Hands Down (and Feet Up!) the best store around to buy your shoes! Nothing beats the one-on-one experience and high knowledge level of their staff. I walked in thinking to just try out shoes and then try to find them on-line for less money. After the experience in the store with the staff, I think nothing can beat that personal touch. Buying on-line would have saved me 5 bucks, but I think 5 bucks more for a $120 pair of shoes is a small price to pay for being able to walk in and get personal assistance from such an amazing and expert staff.

The trip to Fleet Feet Sports in Elmhurst was well worth the drive. Being a large man and just starting out with a walking routine I was expecting the same sub-par treatment I have received elsewhere. NOT THE CASE!!!! As knowledgable and friendly as anyone could ever hope for. Add to the mix I have a problem with severe over pronation and I was still fit with a stable, supportive, comfortable shoe and insert combination. Whether you are just getting started or just ran the marathon Id recommend going to Fleet Feet.

The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable about the sneakers. He was also very patient while I tried on at least six different pairs before finding the one that worked best for me. I loved the ability to run on the treadmill to test out the shoes before a purchase. I was also able to learn about the local events and weekly running groups. Thanks, Fleet Feet!

Super crowded. Waited for a long time. Then a teenager took care of me and tried to pressure me interested buying shoes was that were clearly too large and wide for me, but I thought he knew better than me. The shoes are so uncomfortable and I now have buyers remorse. Will be returning today. Im hoping they honor their 60 day return policy.

Fleet Feet is the best place to buy your running shoes and products. All the staff are runners and they are super knowledgeable. They find the right shoe for you and I appreciate that. If you taking running seriously I would definitely get your shoes here. Great people in the community as well.
