The service was great! Mike (the owner) really knows how to take care of his customers. I have been shopping around for a Horizon T101 treadmill. Sears, Dunhams, and Horizon themselves all sold this treadmill for $599. When I asked the manager at Sears, and Dunhams why I should buy from them when everyone sells this unit for the same price, they said it didnt matter because this was the best price they could give. When I asked Mike, he showed me why. First, he gave me a presentation of the product. None of the other stores did. Then he pointed out that his price was the same as everyone elses, but he also had an addtiional $50 off. He said he understands people need a reason to purchase from a company, and he wants to give that reason with better prices and better service. He didnt just talk about better prices and service, he gave it! I will shop his store before going anywhere else for sporting goods equipment. Having 2 sons in sports, I know we will be doing business together for a long time!

Overall an awful store. brought in lacrosse equipment to buy back, the dude has the nerve to offer me $15 for a stick originally worth $180. he clearly knew nothing about the sport as he called the heads "baskets", attempted to sell non-legal kiddie sticks in awful condition for about double what it would cost at sports authority for a set. had 2 lacrosse sticks total in the whole store, both kiddie sized. just about everything i could see was severely damaged, not even to be used by inner city kids. the owner is a stingy rude bastard, wouldnt even look at what else i had to offer. DONT GO HERE, YOULL GET RIPPED OFF. especially for lacrosse equipment check out hot4lax in waukesha

I have done business with Mike for 20 years and have become good friends. Sometimes I just stop by to shoot the schmidt with him and he dosent care that I dont buy anything. Anyone with negative comments on Mike and the way he treats customers are dead wrong. He actually is one of the best business owners I have had the pleasure of doing business with and I have been a manger most of my life. The only thing he has to do now is let me teach him how to golf. He even admits he sucks! Character in my book. Take care, Todd Jahnz.
