The store staff in the actual store are great I would give them a 5 star. BUT the custom jersey/retail shop just horrible!!! The jersey is nice but the customer service is just terrible. I called...yep I had to call them...to get my jersey(I paid up front do) which was said to be there on a Fridayand within the hour. I was not told that Friday meant by 6PM and I get there and was told the lady that does the jerseys doesnt come in on Fridays!!! Thanks nice to know....a staff member ended up running to the seamstresss house to pick it up (only redeeming quality). I asked to speak to a manager and well he flat out told me that there was nothing that he could do for the misinformation....I love the store but will NOT be doing business with them again!

Weve visited Burghardt sporting goods several times this spring as we looked to outfit our children for soccer and baseball. The associates on the floor and at the checkout have always helped us with a cheerful attitude. We also use the batting cages every time we visit. My son and the neighbor boy hit more pitches each time we go. I highly recommend this store for any soccer or baseball equipment need!

Good selection of items from a variety of sports and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff seemed to be student athletes that actually play sports and know about the equipment. I recommend going here if you need some advice before making your purchase.

We get our company shirts from here. They have more options than most places. Its also great having them open at night and on the weekends. Most printing places are only open 8-5 during the week. Got 4 orders from them and never had an issue.

Great store have everything you could ever need for baseball and then some. Needed youth baseball cap for my grandson they have all the teams in youth and adult size plus carry all the top gloves (Wilson A2000 )AND MORE! !!.

Great store. Should get all your sporting needs there. Very wide selection. Tons of stuff, from high school apparel to getting a new bat, its all there. Staff isnt the best though.
