Extremely unpleasant experience. The store manager (that failed to identify herself as such) was a very poor communicator, spoke to both my wife & i in a rude manner, and refused to accept a return/exchange on an item that was purchased only 2 days prior. The store manager insisted their products were perfect and free from ANY defects. I was told that "they dont sell merchandise thats damaged". Also was told that because I had cut the plastic toggle that attached the sales tag to the item it was no longer eligible to be returned or exchanged. Another employee instructed me to contact the 800 number to file a complaint, which I did while in the store. Only to find out that the store manager had just had a conversation with one of the employees at the location of the customer complaint number i had just dialed and was told that there was nothing they could do.

I love Clark street in the Joliet mall!! The store manager is always awesome to work with! I was on the hunt for a green Kane sweater and they only had one in the store it was slightly damaged and she got on the phone and found one in another store they told her it was perfect I paid for shipping to overnight it and when I received it the sweater was defective. I called her right away and she worked with me to get me another one and went above and beyond as a manager and just in customer services alone!!

I love Clark Street Sports I get all my gear from there and the help is outstanding. If your a Chicago fan and need some type of gear that is the place to go.
