I first discovered Suburban Sporting Goods in 2006, while living and working in Chicago. I am now retired and have relocated to Central Florida.., but always make my firearm purchases through Don..., in Florida or wherever I may be. Don and family have impressed me with their personal attention to my needs and cares, with nothing but utmost professional mannerism. these guys are awesome- read every other firearm store review on here and you will see one outstanding comment- " bad/poor customer service". Not these guys. They really want to help you. I served for 14 years in a unit that did a lot of shooting and know my weapons and knew what I wanted. They still went out of there way to make me feel comfortable about the choice and decision on my purchase. I wont buy a gun from another dealer again as these folks will get my money. Keep up the good work guys Q

Walked in to ask questions and look at the guns before I received my FOID, but was rudely just turned away without it and told to look at the site, which was down by the way. I understand why they wouldnt want someone without an FOID looking at their guns, but as someone interested in purchasing a gun soon a good salesman would have jumped on me to hopefully secure me as a sale later. The collection did look decent though and the shop was nice considering the area it is placed.

Went here on a Wednesday having to travel a little further north after the only dealer near me made me mad. What a rare, unexpected and pleasant treat SSG is! First, supremely knowledgable and friendly staff. Second, it was very easy to talk and ask questions, and recieve good, solid answers! Third, the atmosphere is a place that really makes me want to give them my current and my future business! Thank you for a great expereince!

Website advertises that they have PMC ammo in 9mm NATO, walked in requesting this specific ammo and was told that they do not carry PMC (I only wanted the stuff because it was a great price). Ok then, purchased some Geco instead as which is fine, and when i got home i noticed i was given Luger rather than NATO. Either a simple mistake and didnt catch what I said, or the employee didnt realize i wanted 124 grain as opposed to 115.

This is my first time buying a gun. Got an dpms oracle. They are really helpful. Paperwork was fast and smooth only problem is gun background check was a little delay but not a big deal. Happy with my purchase. Definitely will come back to buy another gun from them. P.s. The guy with the hat need to start working on how to pronoun my last name.

Went to this place to pick up a box of ammo last minute. They were very efficient and had me in and out in a few minutes. The store is neat and organized and the staff was very friendly and cracked a few jokes while I waited for my ammo. Ill definitely go back.
