BEWARE of this company! Dont make the mistake of buying from them! I purchased a $10,000 UTV from this company and it has been a complete nightmare ever since. I paid in full on November 4th and they promised I would receive the UTV before December 25th as it was a Christmas gift for my kids. I received it on January 2nd and only after calling the company for 3-weeks straight asking what I could do to expedite. The only time the phone conversations with them were pleasant was before they got my money. They unfortunately talked me into doing a wire transfer, so I couldnt even open a dispute with my credit card. Every representatives I spoke with after they got my money was EXTREMELY RUDE!, shockingly so! I spoke with one of their managers "Arty" and he actually called me "retarded" and belittled me the entire conversation. I never left a negative review because I have better things to do with my time, but just today 4/26 one of their representatives called me because I have been waiting on the title for the UTV and he was an absolute JERK. Belittled me the entire time, called me names (like I was in grade school) and before he HUNG UP ON ME he said I would have to go online and start the entire process over again. I am only taking the time to write this because there is clearly a systemic problem with this company and they truly dont care about their customers after they get your $ and I want to warn as many consumers of this as possible.

If I could give it no stars I would. Do not buy from this company. Purchased 2 mopeds from them. They were delivered with handle bars off, front tire off, and front fender off, which was fine since that is how all mopeds are delivered. However the hardware for me to put this together was missing for BOTH mopeds. Called same day was told to call back on Monday since parts was closed. Called Monday was told to open a ticket online, did that. Was then told ticket was sent to manufacture, on Friday I called and was told they havent heard back from the manufacture. Talked with Parts manager John. He called the CA manufacture and they said they would send the parts 2 day air. Week later still no parts and they want me to pay them another 272.00 for the titles yeah let me send you more money for titles of 2 mopeds that are sitting in my garage in pieces, and hope you will send the parts needed to put them together. Every time I talk to them it is always it is out of our hands, its the manufacture fault,. Dont buy from this company! Yes price looks great but you get what you pay for! Customer services is horrible also!

I dont get people who spend 5 - 6 thousand dollars on a dirt bike when they can have have just as much fun on a Chinese bike for $1300. Yes, it has a carburetor instead of fuel injection, and putting it together can be challenging without a parts list or clear written instructions, but at least youre saving money. My bike arrived in a matter of weeks and looked even nicer than the pictures. I would only say they need to update their Hawk 3, 250 enduro assembly video, which lacks some much needed details you will have to figure out on your own. A more detailed video narrated by a competent mechanic might help. In the current system, customers are forced to fill out work tickets to get questions answered. Response time is about a week, which make them basically worthless when you have a simple assembly question. Note: The sales guys cant answer tech questions, so dont bother asking. Aside from that, the bike is great and Im satisfied overall with my purchase.

The sales people need more education on sales technique.... your best bet is to go down to the place and talk to someone in person... DO NOT talk to a salesperson who is a woman on the phone!! VERY RUDE!! A good sales person does not argue with a potential customer.. They find common ground and build on that.. This business has potential but I feel they need to educate the sales people on communication. I had to hang up on the woman... FIND THE RIGHT SALES PERSON AT THIS LOCATION IS THE KEY!!!..

Originally our thoughts was to buy one. When we were contact by them to verify our order we decided to get 2. Customer service is awesome. They answered all of my questions and concerns. The shipping was super fast. We choose to put it together our self and it was supper easy. The way the pack them was good, no scratches or dents. I will be buying my husbands atv from them real soon.
