Definitely WAY over-rated! I could not believe the volumes of people clamoring for Made in China inferior products at such expensive prices. Many of the shoes looked about as cheap as the $12 Walmart Avia branded shoes but selling for near $100! The savings were not very significant and the drive from IL to WI was simply not worth it. Anyone that values their time and money will stay from this outlet and even the brand itself! Ross and even Kohls had much better deals than this so called factory store could EVER dream to offer its customers.

Nike is almost all I wear as far as athletic clothes are concerned, but its a shame that when I want the new pair of Jordans, or any fresh release footwear, that I have to drive to bigger markets to buy them. Staff is cool, and they do carry about anything else I want, but a lot of times Ill just resort to buying online, because I can get my shoes and whatever else in one place and at one time.

I thought that "factory store" meant really good discounts. The selection is minimal. Then when you see something worth buying, its probably an ugly color. About 95% of the shoes are horrendous. Nike has gotten way too expensive.

Terrible customer service. I counted 14 workers and only two of them were checking people out. The other 12 just kept walking past the registers and looking at the long line of customers waiting to check out.

They have the best prices on the the nice running shoes. The good prices and lower WI taxes make this a great Nike shop. I always find something else too!
