While my cashier was more than friendly, my "red carpet" service at the service desk was less than stellar. I arrived with another customer being taken care of so I stood in front of the register with the open light on. Eventually another customer joined me in line and we both continued to wait for her to complete the transaction with the previous customer. While she finished up another gentleman approached with some lotto tickets and she proceeded to take care of him. The lady that was standing with me and i were in complete shock that she did not even acknowledge us. I said excuse me and she ignored us, I uttered this is ridiculous and it got her attention and she seemed surprised that we were waiting in line. We couldnt have been more than 4-5ft from the counter and she looked at us multiple times while taking care of the customer in front of us. What a complete disregard for customer service and hugely disrespectful. To make matters worse when I called the store to talk to the store manager she acknowledged that the CSR should have seen us because the she herself was next to the TCF counter and she saw us as well and yet she didnt do anything about it either.

So apparently if you have a couple hundred dollars worth of food in your cart thats probable cause for their loss prevention to stalk you through the store and stare you down as you leave after youve already paid lol okay? wont be coming back, good job loss prevention!

At 5 pm on a wensday waited with 4 other people at the butcher counter and there was no employee in sight to help us for over 15 minutes and that point i got fed up and went to Fiesta mart down that street. Dirty store and crappy employees avoid when possible.

Have had multiple occasions where workers have given me attitude/been rude. The check out lines here are ALWAYS LONG! This store is not good when it comes to restocking items & the fresh produce is usually on the verge of expiration. Just go somewhere else.

Like all Jewel Oscos, you get what you want for a reasonable price. The place was a bit chilly, but this may be subjective. Staff was nice, but the registers could have used more people on hand to move the long lines ahead faster.

Not thrilled with the checker, made a comment to him (Tom) that the bags were too heavy 2 times. I had so many large cans that he couldve bagged them not to be so heavy!!

Lines are usually pretty shorts... Hate that there is no self checkout anymore. Dumb idea from jewel corporate. Cant be mad at the store for it.
