This morning I wasnt sure if I would be better off shopping at Walmart or Meijer. So, I decided to go to Meijer. When I got to the store I was greeted immediately with a smile and asked if I needed help with anything. Didnt need the help but the offer was much appreciated. I was surprised by everything they have to offer, especially since the prices were decent and not over priced. Upon my exit, I was asked by a customer service representative if I would like my water scanned while I check out my items (I was at the self check out aisle) when she scanned them she went on her way to help other customers. When I wasnt looking I noticed she was packing my groceries for me and then noticed I picked up a bad bag of potatoes. She permitted me to grab a new bag and when I came back she had cleaned the station I was at as well as check to make sure none of my groceries had any nasty smell to them from the potatoes. I was very grateful for the thoroughness of the employees at Meijer. They even put the icing on the cake with my experience when while I was leaving the store an employee was running and shouting "Maam!! Wait!!!" another customer was trying to buy something but wouldnt work and the employee fixed it and ran back to give the item back to the customer. It was a singing birthday card and was the only one in stock. She was very happy to have the card work. So for Meijer staff to be this patient with customers and go above and beyond even for a small task like a birthday card, they stand very well for me in my book. I really recommend Meijer in Oak Creek, WI.

Many things had signs up for discounts and sales but 60 percent of things rang up full price and even regular priced items rang up higher and had to wait to verify with store manager every time took 50 mins to check out not worth the time after wandering the large store are checking past reciepts for overcharges-and just let the employess display their peircings better to slightly put off some then make them cover them with bandaids and look like theyre covering up some contagious sores -will not shop there again and their sale plan matches you up with items you might buy on sale but you have to do the equivelent of an hour of homework store wastes your time and money!

They do have good prices but I dislike shopping at their store thanks to the experience I had. I fell on the floor because the vegetable sprayer had sprayed too much water thus making a puddle and I fell. When I fell, there was no one around to help. Finally, we found someone to get the water cleaned up. We walked away and found something on the fish and asked the store manager to have them pull it out so no one orders it and he looked at us as and kept talking on the phone. He didnt acknowledge us so we left and have not been back. Never going in there for food again but for the prices of the other items, its a good place.

Meijer, "A Gift from Michigan," I welcomed you to Oak Creek enthusiastically, as the perfect median between Walmart and Woodmans. Your store is bright, clean, and organized, and I can find exactly what Im looking for easily and efficiently. What Woodmans lacks in bakery and deli, you more than make up for, and your prices are very competitive to Woodmans. I love browsing your grab & go case at the entrance. The 10 for $10 with an 11th item free is ideal for grabbing drinks and snacks for a movie night. My only concern is that I have noticed the shelves have been a little emptier lately, since I really hope youre here to stay!

So far, my interactions with the staff have all been positive, I havent had any issues getting what I need from here. The store is nice, the bathrooms are clean, prices are good. (Note I didnt say the cheapest, but you get what you pay for) Cant really complain, most of my transactions are simple, grab some type of alcohol and a quick snake for my next adventure later that day! So most of my interaction are fast, never seem to have a problem with the lines and they always card me. Seems like a great place to keep coming back to, so I always do.

Very clean and local-leaning alternative to Walmart or other big chains in the area. Weve been here at least ten times and have never had a reason to not come back. Staff are friendly and helpful, some even ask how your experience is going while getting things done. Things are easy to find, mPerks have been good deals, and having so many things in a single stop (including the gas station) makes this an ideal one-stop store if pressed for time. Good selection and variety of items, from plants to food to other miscellaneous things.

I have not spent one cent with Walmart in Franklin since the Oak Creek Meijer opened. Although the Walmart and Meijer are similar stores when it comes to product offerings and price, the people at Meijer make the difference. The Meijer team members are very helpful and freindly. Even when I had reason to talk to store manager (Billy the night store manager) he was very helpful. Nothing like the hell you go through at Walmart when you need to talk to a manager. Thanks Meijer and good riddance Walmart!!!

A grocery store and a department store under one roof. They have a really big selection of products to choose from including the aloe leaves I was looking for. Their location is ideal for me because it is half way between my house and work. The staff is courteous and friendly and the place is always clean. One star deducted for high prices. Meijers grocery prices seem to be about 10 to 15% higher than other grocery stores in the area.

I feelt very disrespected by the some of the staff members at Meijer, after bruising my foot in an incident I have a very bad limp and walk abnormal so I decided to use an electric wheelchair they provide but after 5 minutes of using it I got yelled at and the woman didnt even let me explain and made me return the wheelchair back so they made sure to follow me to the exit and made sure to watch me limp out to my car.

We used to go to Woodmans all the time but we find that Meijer has better produce. While many of the goods at Meijer are more expensive (though not by much), since produce is the primary good we get we just shop at Meijer for everything. Also - it is oddly refreshing to see the same greeters at the door every time we go. Theyre always nice and helpful, I might actually miss them when we move away!

Some bargains, not sure if its worth breaking in a new store. Just moved recently and after walking for what seemed like miles to find the 15 things on my list, ONLY 1 lane open for checking out. There were many self-check out stations, all busy and 4 employees having a nice visit while customers were backed up waiting for someone to check them. Hmm, may be my last time.
