There is lots of things to tell about this store.All good. You feel welcomed as soon as you get in. the staff is very straightforward, honest and trustworthy.The best interest of the customers comes first,at all time. His knowledge and expertise is beyond measure.Very efficient with customers needs and wants. The prices meet everybody budget. Almost very hard to beat them. It is a huge plus to have this particular store in the Cicero area. Would not think twice in checking this store again and again when it has to do with repair or purchase of any electronic items the store has , offer and provides. See you there!!!!

I dont know the first thing about computers, so I googled closest computer repair places near me and this was one of the top rated places that popped up. I am SO happy with the service. I walked in and was greeted by a really nice humble handsome guy. He fixed my laptop in less than 1 12 hours & upgraded it to Windows 10 for a really reasonable price, same day! I am definitely coming back. Five stars all around! Thank you!!

My husband and I went to this location back in September or October and had our laptops updated and repaired.... since then we NEVER had any problems with our laptops! This company/business gets our service on point!!! No mess up or mistakes, he tells you what you did wrong or right and he lets you know off the bat what he can do for you.

I called them on a Sunday afternoon and was told I could bring my laptop in for a free diagnosis. I came in a half hour later, they fixed the problem and I was walking out the door a half hour later! I will definitely be bringing my computer back here for any more issues!
