I was sitting at Mr. Kites a few doors down last Friday night and the owner Joshua came up and gave my dog a free ice cream and he loved it!! What a great way to get to know your neighbors and market small local businesses. I never knew his store was there and Ive already taken my dog in to check out this local find! Fantastic customer service, great prices as well!

Josh is a wealth of knowledge! I just got a rescue Bishon Frise and I didnt know where to start. He helped me get everything I need and didnt just sell me stuff. In fact, he helped me steer clear of too many impulse buys! A great selection and a great owner. Thank you for the brushless toothpaste,BTW, you were right!

Best in Chicago. Great selection and the guy who runs the place is extremely kind and helpful. Knows his stuff. Real pro. Plus two of the cutest doggies ever. Plus his pricing beats everyone else. If you have an animal companion, this place is your best friend! :)

We live in the area and checked out ths new place. They where very knowedgeable about their products and were able to help me with specific concerns I had about my Shih-Tzus diet. They had a great selection of treats and everything was very holistic. Will visit again.
