Havent stepped foot in a Toys R Us in a long time, but couldnt resist trying to track down one of the limited Celebi plush toys being released to celebrate the 20th Pokémon Anniversary. The store didnt have the toy, but the staff was pretty helpful and polite about the situation. They let me know they had another limited release as an alternative and gave me some tips on when to call or check back. The store itself looks like I remembered from my childhood, which I think is great for new generations of kids to be able to experience toys the same way I used to. Its still recognizable and remains the staple for toy stores that have survived all of the economic changes over the years.

This location NEVER picks up their phone. I attempted to call three times and waited an average of 10 minutes. At this rate, I would be at the store before they pick up their phone. I wish there was another location in the city. Very disappointing! I wish the regional/corporate manager would try calling to see if he/she gets through. Customer service is horrible. When I finally got in hold of a salesperson, I waited twenty minutes while he was searching for the item. Another worker comes on the phone and asks "how can I help you?" Without even asking the previous person, he says we dont have the item in stock. Go figure!

If you have children, this is a great one stop shop to get everything that you need. From diapers, pacifiers, strollers to clothes and legos, this place has it all. The store is well laid out, lots of space for strollers, carts and kids to be in the aisle. The prices could be a little more competitive and they unfortunately just stopped their vib program which gives you discounts for diapers, wet wipes and baby food. Despite this, its still a popular destination as Ive seen numerous parents waiting for the store to open and get their shopping done. Maybe they should open earlier because parents are up!

OMG, this is the worst store ever. Service is horrible, employees are incompetent. I went in to exchange a broken item, they refused it and told me to call manufacturer. Ayme, one of the waste of space "employees" couldnt have had a worse attitude. I was treated like a thief over a broken baby monitor that had a receipt and buyers protection. I swear I am done with babies r us all together. I will go to buy buy baby in the burbs over this store any day. Manager, Chris, tried her best to help me.

First, the customer service is not the best. Cashiers and customer service do not even bother to say Hi; they just nod their head to you. When Im looking for a certain item, its impossible to find someone who can help you find the product without telling you "we dont have it" before even looking. Various times some employees told me they did not carry certain products and I ended up finding them after looking throughout the store myself.

Gross,nasty nursery!!! I even have pictures,because I never though a baby store would have such a horrible nursery. There were cleaning supplies in the room, the changing table was gross and falling apart,the walls were dirty. Plus its located right next to the bathrooms,so where is privacy? because people kept coming in thinking it was the bathroom. Really babys r us people, go check the buy buy baby nursery and learn how is it done!

Their service is the worst!!! I mean Mcdonalds has better customer service and manners!!! They dont pick up their phones or they maybe pretend they dont hear it(doubt it strongly!) Biggest thing is the manners of their employees..If you dont like your job then I suggest looking for another one! Especially in this economy anyone would be able to do a better job. Management your a joke!!! Parking is the only good thing there

The store is HUGE! There are so many options to choose from to buy for all kids of all ages. You and your kids will never want to leave here because youll have to choose from so many products to buy. It makes you feel like a kid all over again, and thats if youre not a kid. All the products are in good quality, and the team members are always there to help.

They have 90 days return policy but when you want to return the stuff, the manager told me to keep your stuff with you or do whatever want to do with your stuff. That kind of customer police this store has , don t know about toys r us corporate policy. Very rude behavior , never go there and if you go there please laminate your reciept.

In person the store is fine, but the on-line experience is horrendous! The individuals that work the live chat, have no access to information and keep directing me to the 1-800 number to find out about shipping status. The Live agent was no better in trying to explain why I still havent recieved my "overnighted" products 4 days later.

Worst service. Under staffed and if they do have staff its a bunch of overworked teens. I heard the backstock guy tell my cashier he was off the clock but was still going to check on my item. Why is there only 1 guy doing item orders and hes like 16! Get it together! This is why Amazon, target and Walmart is winning.

I have visited this excellent toys store. First time I’ve bought new video games and huge range of toys. The staff is attentive and greets you as soon as you come in. The setup is spacious and roomy, clean and organized. I saw variety of amazing toys .I spent more time looking at new video games.

Truly awful customer service. They make you buy a bag in order to carry your stuff out. The only time anyone has ever walked up to me is to scold me for shopping while using the bag I brought (so that I didnt have to buy a bag). Awful people work here - dont go here.

I went the store with bunch of list for nursery preparation. I came out with nothing....because 1. too many brand all over...and 2. didnt get a help from any one...3. price was too high compare to other place....I will just buy their stuff via web if i need to.

Parking is always a challenge and cleanliness isnt great, but they try to offer a LOT of stuff in a small space so that is slightly understandable. Selection isnt great either though so... you could do worse, but Id rather use Amazon any day than visit here.

this is the only babies r us in the city unless you travel to the one on touhy. it is half babies r us and half toys r us which is good or bad depending on how you look at it. if you need mostly baby stuff they dont carry everything the normal store does.

Cant get any customer service representative to answer the phone. This is a every unorganized store, would not waste my time going to shop there. Fyi, I got the number straight out of a Google search. Its no wonder most customer prefer to shop online.
