Employees are friendly. Take your kid on their birthday and let them know at the customer service desk. Theyll get a balloon, paper crown, and an announcement over the PA. Toys are almost always cheaper at Target and Walmart, but they selection is amazing. If youre looking for a specific toy, they probably have it.

Prices are high. Some employees dont seem like they care for their job neither. You would think employees here would know how to help a kid find a toy. They seemed more interested in congregating at customer service.

Always get amazing service from this store. I call offten to see if certen toys are in stock and they are always happy to help. Prices are bad but thats not the great employees of this stores fault.

Best place to toy shop. Selection cant be beat. Im always amazed at the things they have that no one else does. I can easily spend hours here just browsing.
