Ive been in here several times, LOVE the place. Not only are the staff super friendly, but you get to see tons of sets that arent in normal stores!!! Just the other day I asked about a certain build I saw online, and how to buy the pieces from it. The 2 staff members that helped us, found out it was last months free to build program with the kids and had an extra, Gave it to us with our purchase! The woman that works here (the only one Ive seen there recently) has helped me track down so many sets that I have been looking for, or were hard to find. I recommend at least checking it out! Also if youre looking for certain Minifigures from the blind packs, if theyre not swamped they help you try to find the one you want. Ive never seen them lose patience, even when customers get difficult. These guys are PROS! :) Keep up the good work guys!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that engage with all customers, adults and children alike. I watched the young clerk Adam help a frustrated little boy find just the right accessory for the minifigure he was building. Great job Adam! The other clerk (not named Adam) was very helpful too... he gave us a coupon to buy one ticket and get one free at Legoland Discovery Center Chicago, then gave us the name of a local restaurant to try for dinner (when we asked for his help with finding a fun place for the kids to eat while on vacation). Now my 8 year old wants to move to from Toledo, Ohio to Schaumburg, Illinois when he is older so he can work at The Lego Store. :)

Went in search for the Eiffel Tower & a very friendly salesperson helped me look to no avail...he said they were out of them! I helped my sister pick out Legos from the wonderful wall of Legos & all of a sudden this salesperson came up to me & said... "I cant believe it!! I looked in back & we just received a new shipment

"JIM" the old salesguy dont like kids messing around his "legos" watch your kids when hes around. He scold my 3 yr old just because hes mixing some of the legos. fyi Jim the legos are toys for kids. I decided not to buy anymore in this establishment because of the incident.

This Lego store is smaller than others but it’s my favorite. They usually cary all city sets selection thats why I love it
