I went to this store the day before Christmas eve and I had a wonderful experience. The staff there were very attentive and extremely friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I could not have asked for better customer service. The store was well kept and had A LOT of things to choose from. Prices were ok, but thats what you get when its the only store of its kind around. I came in looking for just a bag of BBs but left spending $80 because of their helpfulness. They also gave me a ton of advice on painting my guns which I planned on doing pretty soon. Very helpful. If you need anything airsoft, go here!

Equipment is very marked up from MSRP. Buy back program only gives up to 50% even if the gun is new. Repairs are $80 an hour with a 15 minute minimum. Very inconsistent from employee to employee on recommendations and willingness to sell to minors. Decent selection. It is a shame they are the only Airsoft store around.

Great selection. Mostly rifles, with some snipers, smgs, shotguns & pistols. Prices seemed resonable. Good selection of used airsoft guns. Staff seemed knowledgeable and informative. Variety of accessories available. I traded in a pistol and an smg. I feel I got a reasonable price for them. Left happy. :D

Bought about 900 dollars in gear, its about an hour drive get back they given me the wrong battery for my rifle I call over phone and it was like talking to a wall next day I call 3 times during the day rung 2 minutes each and no one picks up poor costumer service and a inconvenience.

I had a lot of fun just being here. I was given the ability to hold most of the pistols (including a sick full metal blowback desert eagle and the H8R CO2 revolver) and being my first airsoft store experience, they had very very very good customer service and nice workers.

It might be a nice airsoft store to visit and buy things but dont ever let them work on your airsoft guns if you do not pick it up immediately they will sell it on you. Pretty nice racket they have there. And on top of that they will treat you extremely rude.

Great service! Recently went to get a CO2 gun and a "Coldsteel" knife (training knife). Im waiting on the new unreleased Ares sniper rifle. Later I will get dual Mac-10s for cqb.
