I just left this store and I was not helped at all! I was trying to return a stroller that is obviously from their store and we tried to return it for some store credit. They said we werent allowed to return it a box. The people who gave it to us gave it to us already open. Im pretty sure it was an open box item cause the UPC scan code was on the stroller but as a red sticker. We tried to show the manager but she wasnt having it. She said it had to be in a box!!! She was very rude and didnt offer to help in anyway. We waited for 15mins for rude service and there were other people complaining cause they were there for 30mins waiting for a crib. Ridiculous service. These employees are rude and inconsiderate!

Good selection of Lego kits, however after I made my selection I went to the checkout and was told the kits I selected could not be sold until March 1st 2017. Apparently they had items on display that were not to be released to the public until then. The situation was resolved amicably but it was a good thing I didnt have my son with me as he would have been disappointed that sets he wanted could not be sold. Probably just an oversight, but could present a major problem to parents with disappointed kiddies. The staff were friendly and apologetic but someone was not paying attention there.

Useless customer service. They have one checkout counter open and everyone else is servicing themselves. I wish they would operate better so customers are satisfied. There is absolutely zero customer satisfaction and all they like to do is ignore customers. I asked a simple question to one of the employees and they just ignored me blatantly!

The prices here are okay, and the holiday lay away is nice but there never seemed to be an associate when I needed help and they lost my holiday layaway last year and it took them almost an hour to find it on a non-busy day, I was almost late for work because I thought it would be easy to pick it up.

we ordered online, our stuff was ready for pick up, it took them 40 mims to get my 3 packages, when i started loading into my truck i noticed they gave 1 wrong item, so i went back inside and it took them another 20 mins to find the right one. i wont be going back to that store.

They have very cute baby clothes, but there answering service is HORRIBLE. I called to ask about 4th of july outfits for my 6month old. On a Tuesday at 3pm IT IS NOT BUSY. No reason for no one to answer the phone to customers who would like to make a purchase.
