Unprofessional, untrustworthy, bunch of liars who dont care about customers or your car. Issues: I took my corvette stingray for oil change and dropped it off because I couldnt wait all day for them to do a oil change. 2 days later I picked it up and noticed grease all over the steering wheel and shift knob. Also the driver seat had wholes in it that were caused by someones keys hanging on their side when sitting in the car. I told Derrick about it and he apologized and said they will clean it up and fix the seat i waited for hours and I walked to the back the car was still where i left it. I ended up scheduling to bring it back next week and I left. I cleaned the grease off myself because they just didnt care and Derrick told me "well these guys are mechanics and theyre not always clean" I brought the car back the following week on a Wednesday and dropped it of to get the seat fixed, didnt hear from them so i called on Friday and they said it will be done tomorrow (Saturday) I went there and it wasnt done. Derrick told me "I dont see anything in my notes about the seat" so the car was sitting there for nothing and nobody did anything. They rescheduled me for Tuesday i dropped it of again and on Friday it was done. When i checked the paperwork there was extra 29 miles on the car and they said the place that does the interior and body work is about a mile away. Derricks answer was "I dont know what to tell you man Ill have a talk with the guys" Also the screen wasnt working properly and i scheduled to have it replaced and it took them almost a month and half to finally fix it. Same issues they kept promising it will be done and i go get my car and find out nobody touched it. Then i had Rogers Auto Group change my tires and it took a week to get the tires in then when they finally replaced them i went to get my car and noticed that there was damage on 3 of my wheels. There was deep scratches and scuffs that looked very bad. I went back to and told Derrick to come see it, he called the manager Frank to also see it and they both apologized and told me..probably while they were dismounting the old tires off the wheels and installing the new tires they must have scuffed and dented the wheels. I was promised by both Derrick and Frank the manger that the proper repairs will be performed and I wont notice a scratch on any of them. I was scheduled the following Wednesday to bring the car back and have the wheels repaired. I went back and Derrick told me the guy who does the wheels wasnt there so Ill have to come back. It went on for over a month, then I told Derrick this is ridiculous how long its taking and you dont care about it. They switched me to another service advisor John and he said bring it back on Tuesday night and it will be finished Wednesday afternoon. So i called to see if it was finished and it wasnt. I was told to come back on Friday my cousin went back to get my car and i was expecting it to be looking the way it was originally and the way Frank and John promised, it wasnt. It looked like the wheels were just touched with a brush and the rest of them look like they were rattle canned with over spray everywhere. At first when i told John it doesnt look good he said" what you mean i looked at it myself and its perfect" Then when he came out and saw them he told my cousin" I dont know Ill have to speak to my boss" and he left. I called him and told him whats going on he said thats the best we can do. Now i have to pay for the damage they caused. All of them are bunch of liars including the managers who dont care about anyone. Its not fair how they treat customers and customers vehicles and here they promise you all the best. I dont need Rogers Auto Groups legal response to this review or anything from them, I just want everyone to know what to expect if you go to this location.

I am horrified by the quality of service and communication I have encountered at Rogers Auto Group, specifically with regards to the Service Department. In preparation for a holiday car trip, I ordered a part for the spare tire hoist two weeks ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for the subsequent installation. This is a simple procedure that could be completed in 20 minutes. I also asked for them to check a low tire. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was ignored for 20 minutes. When I asked for someone to help me, I was told to keep waiting. When Issac finally did begin to get the car checked in for the work, he was confused about the work I was asking to be done. I had to explain this very simple request several times, even though it was already in the system from when Id made the appointment. He told me they were behind, and that it would take longer than expected, so I went home to wait. Not only did they not get to my car the same day, but I received a call the following day saying they would not get to it that day either. I had made sure he knew it was important to get the spare tire stowed and out of the back seat for the upcoming trip, and Id be leaving in 3 days. He said there was nothing he could do, they were over scheduled and under staffed. I asked if I could get a loaner vehicle for my trip since they wouldnt get to it, and I had planned in advance, made and appointment and made sure the part was in. He said no, that there were no loaner vehicles available in Chicago. What? This left me in a position to either scramble trying to find another shop to fix it or rent a car at my own expense for the travel. I found a car with a quick online search via Budget, and told him, but he said they could rent from Budget. Finally, I asked to speak to the Service Manager. He forwarded me to his voicemail. After waiting 2 hours, he still had not returned my call. In the meantime, I called Buick corporate, and made formal complaint and asked for their help in resolving the situation. They attempted to contact the Service Manager as well with no luck. Luckily, I was able to get my car into the shop I usually go to. Interesting, my family is in the market for 2 new cars and we will not be buying them from Rodgers Auto Group. I have never experienced such poor service and such a lack of regard for the customer experience. I

So disappointed with this dealer... My car was towed to this location after hitting a pothole in LSD causing a flat tire and it couldnt be driven... The "free towing" Hyundai offers is to tow to the nearest Hyundai dealer and this place happens to be the nearest from my location. I drive to this location the next day to find out the damage and I was told that the only thing that is wrong is the tire and it needs to be replaced. They located a tire and installed it the same they and charged me $160. After a week with the new tire, my cars tire pressure light comes on. I didnt think anything of it because it might just be that I needed air on the three other older tires. I took the car to Jiffy Lube and they said that the new tire that was just replaced was the one that was flat. I figured maybe it was just a coincidence..but after filling it up, a couple days later the light came on again...I live in the NW Suburbs, I cant just drive to this dealership and have them check it out because I bought the tire there. Plus, I work just like everyone else... I put air again, and then 2 day later light comes on... I went to the dealership nearby my house, they said that theres a leak on the tire to return it to where I bought it. I call Rogers dealership to make an appointment and I was told that I dont need one since its just a tire. The guy that I spoke to said to go through the Oil Change entrance. I was there yesterday to have them check the tire and waited for nearly 3 hours only for them to tell me that they didnt notice the rim was bent last time and thats the reason that the tire is leaking... I need a new rim and it will be $596 but they dont have it in stock. WHAT PISSES ME OFF IS THAT THEY FORGOT TO PUT BACK THE VALVE CAP ON MY TIRE... You can imagine my frustration as I spent countless hours filling the tire with air just to drive it...and then spending an hour to get to the city and wait 3 hours just to find out that they didnt see that the rim was bent and that they cant fix it and that I will need a new rim, which they dont have in stock. On top of that they want to charge me $600 for a rim that cost $200 online.
