TOTALLY NOT EVEN WORTH 1 star.. They took the tittle for my trade in .. They took 1500.00 cash . I was going to drive out the lot with a Nissan I bought and bam!!! The motor on the Window whent out .!! So whent back the next day . For them to fix it . While I waited about an hour , they called me saying that I didnt have a job after they approved me for a loan, and had the car .. So they told me they couldnt release it and that it was being repossessed.. LOST 1500.00 dollars and the title to my Chevy.. I will be taking them to court asap..!!DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE .. They are rip off.. They gave me a 2,000 dollar car for 6,000 that everything was messed up on it .. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!

A 5k truck with a bad radiator with 8k interest. Traded a 1999 subaru it wasnt beautif but it took me from chicago to texas and to work every day....by the way they sold it in less than 2 weeks. I beg anyone looking to buy a car from these thieves to look somewhere else. Im ruined thanks to them their own staff quits and gets replaced with people who didnt do business with you so they have an excuse to screw you over, and good luck trying to talk to the owner. I have since bought my vehicles from cars r us chicago i dont not work or am i affiliated with them but i have bought 4 cars from them and none of them have broken my wallet or broken down on me

I went to this dealer last week to buy a 2001 BMW 740i, but the car was our of my reach. The sales man Francisco after about a week of work was able to lower the price to where I could finance it and have $250 per month payments. They even gave me free plates and fixed every thing I found wrong with the car. I see that there is a bad review on here, but I really liked these guys and recomand them. Dave.

Very rude manager and seller would not give price of vehicle when asked Wich is against customer laws here in Illinois the price of the vehicles must be displayed. Weather used or new. I would not recommend this dealer to any one. Buyer beware this is a predatory lender and your credit score will drop when they do inquiry. Stay away from this place.

There is no use bad mouthing this sad excuse of a dealer. Just stay far far away from them. If most car dealers wont finance you for a car and this place does, you will be in a lot of debt with a defective car. The owner will never be there to help you and manager needs to go back to grammar school

Horrible service worse day of my life!! Got taken advantage Of paying for a car that cost 3,000$ and the price they had was 6,000 plus interest went up to 13,000 please people never go here Im stuck with them because I care about my credit!

I hate them! If I could give them zero stars I would. They sold me an overpriced piece of crap that they basically chose for me & when I took it back to complain they switched it for another piece of crap. Wouldnt recommend anyone, ever!

One star is too good for this place. After purchasing a car the alternator went out, horn relay system was wired so badly it kept draining my battery, and countless other items not to mention terrible service. STAY AWAY!!
