The entire staff at Car Stars came through!!! They did everything they said they would. I admit that I was suspect at first cause everything sounded to good to be true. They asked me the same questions that all the other dealers did but unlike the other spots they told me to hold off on setting up an appointment until they were able to get an actual approval from the bank. Felix called me back to let me know that he was able to get the approval we needed and then set up an appointment for me to come pick out a car that fit the approval. Everything went according to plan and I was able to grab my 2012 Impala. Thanks Felix and Car Stars

The staff was very open and honest. They did not keep us there all day and was able to tell us exactly what we needed. They held on to the vehicle that we selected to allow us time to get there from the suburbs and even stayed open late for us to accommodate our work schedules and commute. Rob was very transparent and open with what he could and couldnt do and the process was seamless. Thank you very much! He LOVES his new car and you kept your promise to fix the items that we discussed during our meetings as well which really means a lot!
