This is the most rude dealership that I have ever had the experience in dealing with. I called about a vehicle that they had listed on line, and wanted to ask a few questions, and allegedly the owner answered the phone, and acted like it was an imposition of his time to answer even the simplest questions. Then he told me that the questions I was asking were stupid, and he told me he would not sell me that car. I am surprised that this dealership sells any cars with this kind of an attitude. They are rude and obnoxious and I would encourage anyone interested in buying one of their cars to run away fast! If I could I would not give them any stars!!!

outside of the car was fine. I asked how many miles? is there anything i should know about the car as in any main repair. they stated a couple thousand miles and no main repair just a regular tuneup.They are in it just for the money and dont care of nothing else. once i received my new keys i started the car it had 200,000 miles on it the hood wont stay closed and once you sign the papers its a deal no going back. omg! they wont let you test drive it or anything. worst place ever i recommend people NOT to go here!!!!

I just called these guys to get some information about their inventory, and the guy actually called me a dumba$$ for asking simple questions about the cars they had. He was blunt, and not helpful over the phone, telling me that "the queen of england" was the previous owner of the car. These guys have no idea what theyre doing, theyre just out for your money. Seemed like their inventory was priced right, I might say that.

I think there great guys up there ray is a good guy and ofcourse there in it dor the money duh its a car dealership i bought 2 cars from them cadillac srx and a nissan murano cadillac got totalled in first month not my fault the worked with me and got me in my nissan for practically nothing down...2 years later i still love my murano.....thanks chicago auto man you helped me when noone else would...sincerely Laura Womack

Worst experience ever walked in to finance car with money down and actually was told to bring an illegal social security card since my credit wasnt good enough I didnt know what to do on top of that they kept my DL and stated that they couldnt find it. Hmmm.
