The word "mall" is quite misleading. One Google user went far enough to say that they were looking for cheap souvenir t-shirts here (that they never found) and was maybe a good "mall" for the "locals"...no, just NO!! Ahahaha! Anyone who has eyes and isnt blind can clearly see that this place is Second City (and their other companies/theaters/studios/classrooms). There just happens to be a few places to grab a drink, bite, and a gym attached to it. Even the bar/restaurant inside (1959) is a part of Second City. The description to this location on Google is misleading and needs updating, too. Theres a box office once you walk in, but thats not for a cinema; its for the many shows you can treat yourself with seeing here! The fact that this location houses Second City warrants five stars in itself.

The Second City Comedy Club is here. They also have a Chipotle and a Starbucks, among other stores. Its also within walking distance of the Purple Line express / Brown line stop at Sedgwick (2 blocks) and the Red Line at Clark / Division (5 blocks) and North / Clybourn (6 blocks). Its close to the loop (1 1/2 miles south on Wells), so I have plenty of choices when it comes to eating before a class or show at Second City. I recommend taking public transportation unless you live within walking distance because like most places in the city, parking is not cheap or easy to find. They do have a parking garage and there is street parking along North Avenue and Wells Street.

I wouldnt necessarily call this a "mall" per se, but it has a gym, a GNC, a sports store so its a good go-to for the athlete in you. Second City and Chipotle is also here. Parking lot is available and validates for free at X-Sport if youre a member (you can probably sneak it in even if youre not).

Pricey but not bad for chicago prices.Only place that had parking available when I was visiting pretty close to Lincoln Park Zoo.
