Stopped in at Eataly. Cut my finger on numerous places on broken shards of glass, that wasnt cleaned up on the table and chair I was seated at!!!!! I was as bleeding profusely. The manager never comped my bill!!!! He took an incident report, but explained he could not give me a copy!!!! Very poor service sinice the last time I was there a little more than a year ago. I will never return. I cannot believe the experience I had. And here I was touting its vertues to a newly found cousin I was with, before we went in. Bad news!!!

"What a nice mall ! A huge mall with almost everything you need, even if you are not planning on buying something it is nice to have a walk in the mall or sit outside in the outdoors, and there is a fountain in the front of the entry of the food court of the mall where children can play and have fun in the water, and also i really loved the live music in belk store where a nice lady plays on the piano, it was really refreshing

Great shops, lots to see, and best of all theres Eataly!! You can stroll like they do in Europe, have an antipasto over there, then some pasta there, your main course over there, then dessert and coffee in yet another area, all the while exploring the hard to find delicacies. Or, you can eat in one of the two "full menu" cafes, and not move. For hours. Prices are reasonable for the quality, service was very professional.

Very pleasant vibe. Big open modern space with a wealth of shops and food options. In my experience there have been a lot of issues with their escalators breaking down, which can be very inconvenient. Also, there is only one elevator and its tucked in the back corner of the building on the southwest side. Otherwise, the space is tidy and well kept. I would definitely recommend for lunch and/or afternoon shopping.

Excellent mall which is located right off of The Magnificent Mile. This facility has many shops; one in particular that is quite large is the Chicago Disney Store. This Disney Store has a lot of exclusive Chicago and Disney mashed items, a must if you are a tourist and looking for a good location for unique memorabilia. The shops consist of a variety of shops that would suit anyones shopping needs.

I came here specifically to visit the Royce and was upset to see that it is being remodeled and wont open again until August. There is a kiosk but I had wanted the full experience. I also ate at La Sze Chuan which was awesome and got a cute shirt from Chicos. If there was a Chicago style pizza place in this mall, it would be a prime tourist destination.

This place had the best hidden food court but last year they gave up habanero and a burger spot for a Sbarro. They still have other good options but losing both of those was a blow. The shops are nice as well, though they dont get many visitors. I dont think tourists understand it is a mall with quite a few options inside to shop at.

This mall offers a nice contrast to Water Tower Place further up Michigan Avenue. It is rarely crowded, but it definitely is not quiet. The stores are spread across 4 floors with the 4th being the food court. The mall is deceptively small with the Nordstrom that anchors one end being much larger than the mall itself.

The mall was easy to navigate. I am glad that they have a family lounge. It made it easier to feed my baby in the lounge and change him in the family bathroom. They have a good variety of shops. The top floor (Level 5) connects to the Gwen Hotel. Level 4 is mostly Fast Food. Levels 1-3 are all shops.

Ok. Some of the stores are really expensive. There are several minimalist stores that sell belts for over 60 dollars. Honey I just go to the garra or thrift store for my clothes. I really love sephora, gamers world and forever 21. And the macys is hugeee. Theres about 9 floors there.

The shops here are changing like all malls but this is a must visit for tourists. For Chicagoans we visit Nordstrom and Charming Charlie. Sephora was here but they moved across the street. I just like walking through, the architecture of the space is different from other malls.

Dominated by Nordstrom, the mall is not as large as the Water Tower or the one at 900 Michigan Avenue, but there is a variety of eateries and cafes on the first and fourth floors. The mall also connects to the Gwen Luxury Hotel which sits on top starting from the fifth floor

A place every home maker would love. Good variety of small kitchen wares. Organized and enough options from wining to dining. I was impressed with the wine collections esp WWII wine for sale. If you all looking for various food options under one roof, this is a place to be!

Nordstrom employees are extremely helpful. I went to buy some heels for my girlfriend, and each sales associate I spoke to was genuinely helpful. None of them were pushy, they listened and truly helped me pick out the best options for her and then narrowed it down with me.

Very swanky mall, fun to shop at. Not much of practical value, but the window shopping and people-watching cant be beat. Ive never bought anything here except sunglasses at the Sunglass Hut, but there are lots of good high-end stores for jewelry, clothing, and electronics.

The service at any of the shops is fantastic. All of the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant! You can get a range of different things here, from fragrances to hair accessories, to shoes for work or play to something to eat or snack on! I enjoy being here.

Nice mall on North Michigan. I usually go straight to the Nordstrom, but sometimes I grab a coffee and walk around the other shops. Lots of other places in the area to visit. We sometimes like to take walks in this area at times when its not crowded.

Shops at north bridge is one the most happening place in Chicago with a lot of brands to shop from. This place is usually crowded in the evenings and on weekends. You can find good deal at stores and is great place to hangout with your friends

I liked how this mall was built up instead of out. Visiting from Texas, it was different how this mall was elevated. I would prefer all malls be this way. Less walking and I am more inclined to spend money if Im not tired ...

Lots and lots of variety from the gimmicky tourist stuff to things that are much better constructed. A wide variety of food choices including dessert specific shops. Easily could have spent a full day here if we wanted to

Its a modern and elegant shopping mall with decent shopping choices and a nice modern food court. I like to have lunch here sometimes and sit on the balcony of the food court and watch the street. Overall, a nice place.

Numerous options exist on the Magnificent Mile for shopping. Fortunately an easy walk from shop to shop. Parking can be quite difficult obviously in the middle of town. Pedestrian traffic also quite busy at times.

Great place to visit downtown. Their is Food everywhere and the great thing is a 4 coarse meal or just wine and app.can be had only a block away. Their it is your choice how to eat or shop. We like it very much.
