Let me clear up a few items, yes, you have to pay for parking. No exceptions. I cannot count the tales of how many people I have seen harass the movie theater staff about how unfair it is when its been like this over a year. Yes it was free at some point, it isnt anymore. I like the shops around the movie theater if I have some time to browse beforehand. I believe the shopping selection currently is, Banana-Republic, Ulta, H&M, Black & White, Victorias Secret, Crate and Barrel. For food, I recommend Nandos as their mash potatoes and chicken are tasty, and nice outdoor seating over Pork (BBQ style place that is over priced and the food is mediocre, at best). There is a new food place, Mango?? Looks exactly like Nandos, but havent given it a try yet. Overall, lots of options and good spots to visit.

What a great little mall. Fitness, movie theater, restaurants and shopping all in what appears to look like a small mall. But its actually very fun to shop at. On a nice day, the kids can play in the playground. Which is fenced all around, right in the middle of the street. (Oddly Place at first I thought). Then shop at the Loft, old navy, H & M stores and many more. I love walking in the container store for home inspirations and decluttering ideas.

The place is very nice specially during the summer since you can relax on the chairs and enjoy the fountains or the fire place. Or if you have kids just to watch them play. The movie theater to relax inside but there are plenty of stores and restaurants to try as well. As for the parking it can be a bit expensive since some stores validate up to 90 minutes for free but if you are there longer it will be a minimum of 10 dollars.

Parking is expensive and only the first 90 minutes is free, so you cant have lunch and go shopping otherwise will pay $15 only for a parking spot! Not even watch a movie (besides tickets, popcorn, drinks still need pay for parking?! No, thanks!) Also the sidewalk between stores doesnt offer any protection so be ready to get wet in a rainy day! With so many good shopping spots in Chicago dont waste your time going to this one!

PARKING WAS A NIGHTMARE. It took us a half hour in a line of cars just to get out of the parking ramp. I paid at a box on my way out to the car, and when the attendant scanned it, it said I still owed the total. He asked for my receipt, which I understand, but I didnt print it as I assumed the ticket would read correctly. I was wrong. What a sad, sad mess. Pity, too, as the shops are decent.

Having gone to Dubai during the Dubai Sale Festival, it would be a waste not to make the most out of it. Ive gone to several malls in Dubai then, including the more famous Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Marina Mall, Al Ghurair Mall, but I only did my shopping at Deira City Centre. True they did not

You can shop, you can eat, it has playground for kids, on the roof of British school you have beautiful view towards downtown and west for beautiful sunsets. The pond is a must. In general has almost everything that you need for you and your family and it has the sense of neighbourhood.

Nice place for a quick dinner or a movie. I dont like that mall has their own meters for street parking. Parking garage can be confusing and validates at the movie theater for 90 minutes (which only is good if youre seeing a short film or walk out 2/3 of the way).

Love the Movie theater Shops are okay. Havent tried the Chop House yet. The price of parking is ridiculous. For the movies you have no choice if you drive, but for shopping better stores down near Canal street and you can park in the lot for free for 90 mins.

It was difficult to find did to us not realizing it was outdoor so we had to walk a few extra chicago blocks. But overall it was cool. They had apartments above the stores. Im from a small town so this seemed very cool to me, the setup of it all.

A nice collection of shops and restaurants with a well-kept theatre, some lovely lanscaping and a park area in the center with a playground, fire pits, and a giant chessboard. Also, validated parking in the underground garage!

Superb, cute, affordable. Its like a little treat in this area. Some might complain of parking costs. There is validation. Personally, I dont drive here and freely enjoy the shops and layout without added cost.

Nice little haven of shops and an excellent movie theater. There are a few good restaurant choices. Theres playground equipment and a 2nd story park where you can enter the area from the north.

Great shops and great parking plus you get 60 mins free with a store validation then theres a little play ground for the kids and i nice huge chess game and a pond just a great place all around

Lots of shops and places to visit. You can spend your weekend browsing and shopping. The Red Line Roosevelt stop is only a 7 minute walk and parking is also readily available if you drive in.

Shopped at Victoria Secret, H &M and at Pork chop. Love the atmosphere of the Roosevelt Collection. Two fire pits, water feature, comfy places to relax. Such a nice experience.

Everything is well laid out and clean here! Obvious thought to detail and theres a park for the little ones to play while the Mrs goes shopping. Stay for dinner or for movies!

This open door mall is becoming very popular for its design, collection of stores and restaurants. Plus Icon Movie there is here which is the number one theater in Chicago.

If you park on the street and dont pay the meter, they will tow you! Be aware. Even if youre going into a store for 10 minutes or less, you may come out to a missing car.

Really nice area. Free parking for 90 minutes with store validation. Has ICON movie theatre ($10 parking for 4 hours), shops, playground, fire pits, and giant chess set.

Not a fan of the stores located in this mall. I primarily go for the gym. But this mall was a great addition especially as the rest of the area was being developed. :p

This mall is always crowded with kids and rude people. The traffic is horrible getting in and out of the mall. Security should be better here. Not a fan of this mall.

Quaint little area in the middle of the city with some great relaxing out door seating, shops, movie theater and a fenced in area for the pups to play upstairs!
