Its one of the more fun, upscale malls Ive been to. Having a second level makes it more fun to explore! Plus, they have a ton of stores along with small island retailers in the corridors. Their food court is good, but they could use a few more vendors. It seems like they only have a few relative to the size of the mall. But they do have an entrance to the Cheesecake Factory from the mall, so I guess that helps. Their food court seating is a step above others. Very trendy and comfortable. There is plenty of tables and comfy seating along with some high chaired seating along countertops lining the sides of the area. Its a great place to eat and people-watch if you enjoy doing so.

The name of this mall needs to be changed to Ghetto Square Mall. Not the mall it once was in the 80s and 90s. Youll notice this as soon as you drive up to it (parking lots crumbling apart along with the street going around the mall, lighting is burned out at night, facade is dated). This mall is no longer a destination spot like it was before places like Chicago Premium Outlets hit the scene. This is your old outdated Simon mall with run of the mill stores to get ripped off at. The mall is more of a hangout for teens now than anything or a place to go see what youll go home and buy online at half the price later.

A mall is a mall. Theres not much else to say other than the security seems ok. I have seen quite a few police officers lately which makes me feel somewhat safe, but I dont see them outside. The mall is clean inside and outside. It also offers a lot of food choices, shoe and clothing stores, jewelry and other basic "mall" amenities. However, theres nothing strikingly distinctive of this mall. No outdoor scenery, special entertainment or fire pits.

Extremely crowded any time of day or the week. I have never been here without it being wall to wall people. The apple store is part of the problem, but also the riff raff that come from some of the poor people surrounding areas. I avoid this place at all costs. Only ever go if I absolutely must. Also people let their small children run around as if its some sort of child petting zoo.

Orland Mall was always an awesome place to shop. It has become almost like a flea market with all the kiosks in the middle trying to grab you and sell you something. They followed my wife and harassed her to try some hair product. I wish it would go back to how it used to be. When you can shop for what you want and not be bothered.

Its a mall. It is crowded on the weekends and full of annoying teenagers and people. Also, a lot of people come to Orland from other suburbs as it is one of the nicer to nicest malls in the area. Nothing really good to say, but nothing too negative either... At least the Santa they had for 2015 was great.

Im glad to have a mall around. As many have closed. It seems though that what used to be nice spots for seating in the mall common areas are all taken up by vendors selling everything from junk jewelry to teeth whitening. You cant hardly find a place to rest as there are very few public seating areas.

Theres nothing like going into a mall that has everything you need!!! We spent an extremely long time in JC Penney because they had an awesome sale, but all the stores and the food court were very swift in ringing us out and they didnt have really long lines. This is the only mall I shop at!!!

Always very crowded. Parking lots sucks potholes everywhere never gets fixed. Most areas the lights outside do not work. More crime than most people know for the area. Winter time sucks cuz they dont salt properly and you can fall. Starting to get wrong type of clientele into area.

Its a fun and great place to go too with friends or family. To go shopping with nice stores with some good food choices if you get hungry. The only reason I dont give it higher is because the terrible ifix store manager (check ifix review to find out why).

Very good mall. Has nice stores including Pottery Barn, Williams Sonama and Teavana. Icing has nice earrings. Macys, JC Penny and Carlson at each corner. Food court is very condensed, but have stalls for other things throughout.

Macys store in womens area lacked workers at 5pm on May 28, 2017-Sunday. No cashier people available. I found two workers chatting and I had to approach them so I could pay and leave. Im not shopping at this store branch again.

Starting to turn ghetto badly. What a shame. Not sure why security and police arent putting a stop to the wannabe thugs who do nothing but walk around causing trouble. Im guessing Orland Park is scared of Black Lives Matter.

A nice shopping mall to visit - probably the best one in the Southlad. Wish there were a few more formal dining options though. With some of the empty storefronts surrounding the property the potential is definitely there...

I love it here and my favorite stores to shop are Victorias Secret Pink, Victorias Secret, Champs and The Athletes Foot and I always go to Auntie Annes for their delicious pretzels. I can shop here forever!!! I love it!!!

Went here for the cheesecake factory and that was GREAT! The mall was not crowded and filled with trendy shops, a varied food court, and very clean. Four stars because the stores were not to my taste but would recommend.

I was not here for shopping so I can not comment that part. I visited just for the children playground in front of Sears. It clean and nice and my baby and me enjoyed our time here. Restrooms are clean. Big plus.

Its pretty good mall , good amount of relevant stores wish they had more or well a better play area for kids. The crow is decent so you dont have worry about much. The surrounding stores are pretty good too

While many malls are dying, this mall is still somewhat strong. We shall see what happens if any of the anchor stores die (Sears, JCPenney, Carsons, Macys), but the recent remodel has kept the mall vibrant.

Decent amount of shops available and relatively clean. It is the bigger and usually better mall in the area, but it cant compare to Oak Brook or Woodfield (if youre willing to drive out there).

The best child area layout Ive seen so far. They have the bathrooms right by the play area but not only that they have at least 5 family bathrooms and nursing rooms. Great job orland square

Really bad crowd of thugs and bad element inside. Stores are a mess, and customer service is typically bad in any of the stores. Sad. This place used to be nice.

Only went once, as its over an hour from me, but it wasnt bad. A bit crowded and difficult to maneuver, but all in all decent. Way too much traffic though.
