I wanted to have lunch before going to work, I decided to try this place. I order a two juices to start off and it took 15 minutes for one to come, they had forgotten my other one. To top it off I waited an hour for a sandwich! I can understand if they were busy but the restaurant was empty. My sandwich was really salty and it took another 15 minutes to get my card back. I work in customer service so expect to be notified when my food is running late and great service from a waitress but ours never really came around, I didnt even get an apology!! I definitely dont recommend this place!

It seems a little bit shabby these days, especially the food court. Several of the food court shops are empty and the ones that remain do not seem to have very good quality. The food court mens room was dirty, dirty tiles and debris on the floor, a broken urinal, and stall doors that dont latch well. Would be more fitting in a dive bar than a nice mall. Also, all the stuff for the hands are attached to just one wall next to the sink by the door, including a towel dispenser, soap dispenser, hand dryer, and a sharps box, all on top of each other.

Its actually a pretty good mall. Good if you wanna run to a mall that isnt as humongous as Woodfield (which has its own perks btw) and wanna go for a quick shop. It has all the nice stores but the variety at Kohls sucked though. It seemed they hadnt upgraded their shelves for a long time. Also, at Carsons, it said that the suitcases were on sale but their was no price tags on the bags itself! They gotta look out for things like that. Otherwise its pretty decent.

Lincolnwood Town Center is not very crowded, and parking is usually really good, but theres nothing that sets this apart from any other mall. Ive gone there to do some walking indoors with my baby when the weather is bad. Its kind of small, so walking around gets pretty old quickly. The food court isnt good, and I wish there were more options for coffee. Overall, this mall is not bad, but Ill probably be taking a stroll elsewhere.

This is a cute little mall! They did some work on it upstairs that doesnt match the downstairs, I think they made improvements on both levels but at different times (as in years). There is a train for kids to ride that goes around the mall. The best part about this mall is the Cuban restaurant thats just inside the entrance. Live music, dancing, and authentic cuisine

Took the kiddos shopping here it was a pleasant experience. We went to Old Navy; this store is pretty good. Parking was easy and navigating the mall was easy as well. The restrooms were relatively clean and it was a quick in and out trip. I would definitely rather go here instead of venturing all the way out to Schaumburg to busy Woodfield mall.

Good old Lincolnwood Town Center, LTC. From Tradingcards, to clothes, to icecream. This place hasnt change much except for taking out the old beloved KB ToyStores. Too long ago, mall is still nice to visit, and now there is more commercial properties around the mall, your neighborhood mall with good food and decent amount of stores

Its an okay mall, nothing too exciting. However, the security was amazing there, especially Felix. I hurt my foot and needed a wheelchair. He met me at the entrance I was at, and came with the wheelchair right away. He met me back at the entrance I was at and took back the wheelchair when I was done. Thank you Felix!

Lincolnwood mall has rely gone down hill. I remember being in high school 11 years ago, and it was the hangout spot. The stores were nicer. The quality in the stores isnt the same. Now when I go, its half empty. Most of the stores are vacant. I was very disappointed the last time I went.

Rude owner who donesnt accept constructive criticism. Keeps old and stale macaroons to sell the next day. He takes out bad sales numbers on employees and also pays them under the table to avoid taxes if anything this guy should have his stand taken down and have an ethics class assigned.

There arent enough popular stores in the mall to bring in crowds. Lincolnwood mall used to be that mall back in the 90s and early 2000s. It needs to get back there again. I live only 15min away and I hate having to go to the HIP mall in order to find more popular stores. Sorry.

Definitely a smaller mall that most suburbanites are probably used to, but has two anchor stores (Carsons and Kohls) and a nice choice of stores inside. Dipped in quality in the mid 2000s and looked like it was going to be a dead mall, but its definitely rebounded since then.

With an entrance hallway filled with mobile phone kiosks, the first impression you get from this mall seems accurate. Seems to largely cater to a teenage crowd. Signage is poor, and parking lot is overly crowded by many patrons of the out-lot restaurants and stores.

Low end mall... too many shoe stores. Too many mom and pop shops. No high end retailers. The anchor stores are lackluster and the diversity (if you could call it that) in the mall caters to the cheap and bargain hunters Get some REAL retailers inside the mall!!!

There arent very many shops here, but its a unique mall. 2 stories as a basic cross shape. Touhy Ave entrances on the first floor. Rear entrances on the second floor. A couple anchor stores, a couple specialty stores and youre in and out in less than 2 hours.

Example of a failing mall. Small selection of stores that Id shop at (Charlotte Russe & Victorias Secret; thats it), paired with an unremarkable food court. At least its not falling apart/dirty. Much rather go to Old Orchard a little farther away.

Lincolnwood Town Center is the best shopping mall ever in Illinois. Inside, there is many restaurants, shops, food courts and more. Also, there is a store where employees sell fidget spinners and fidget cubes. Have fun at Lincolnwood Town Center!

Its a Mall where you can go fir window shopping or actual shopping. There is an Italian ice cream place there and the Cuban restaurant, my favorite. You can go on Tuesday and Thursday nights to dance or watch people dancing Latino dances.

One of the last great retro malls. Not a lot has changed here in the last 20 years. A small type mall with two big anchors Kohls and Carson Pire Scott. A smallish food court. But pretty large compared to the rest of the mall.

Planned to stroll around for a few hours. Plans were changed quickly once we saw what was inside. We only stayed for about an hour, then became bored and left. The Kohls is a great place, but other than that, not much else.

This mall has a ton of stores from perfume outlets to a massage parlor. The food court is alright and they offer pretty good deals. This is a mall Ive been going to for fifteen years and its never disappointed me.

I work at the Carsons store, I find the mall boring and not enough choices of food in the food court. My favorite is the bfg buffalo. The chicken tenders are the best. The wings are too spicy for me

Close this place down, half of the mall is now empty. Only great thing here is, you can get your steps in. No one visits this place anymore. This would be a good location for an amazon warehouse.
