I visit very few shops at this mall. I usually only visit GameStop, but I occasionally go to Marshalls. The parking lot is always crowded and has been hard to enter and exit over that past year or so given the construction on Fullerton.

The place has plenty of stores from Fedex, Aldi, jewel, starbucks and others, plenty of parking and clean. On weekends is crowded but overall there is plenty of space to park.

Cheap garbage with no relationship to the river. At least there is a bus stop at this one, but people use the parking lot as a shortcut so watch out if youre on foot.
