The staff is really helpful in general but DO NOT BUY the glitter wrap paper! The samples they have open seem fun, but the glitter goes everywhere, despite being told it wouldnt. Additionally, the paper only sticks to one type of tape and only can be used to hold one glitter side at a time, according to them. However as I am sitting here I am watching the glue unstick and the presents unwrap, despite using the method exactly as instructed-yes I got a class in using tape when I tried to return this garbage. They are totally unwilling to refund for the defective product!!! 1/4 of the tape is actually working, but I am going to trash the entire thing--$10 paper and $6 tape--because I am too embarrassed to give anyone a gift that will leave their hands and homes covered in glitter!

Great stuff here. Only complaint is they over help sometimes. I typically like to shop alone unless I ask for help. It gets annoying when Im constantly asked what Im working on, can they help me or suggestions are made for me. I typically have done my research prior to coming to the store.

This is my favorite location of any in the city. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. They are always willing to demonstrate something new or fun for me to add that extra something to my cards, etc.

They have an undeniably nice selection of cards and paper. Their art supplies are limited but thats not the focus here. Staff is hit or miss, but prices are higher than they should be.

While similar to other card and gift shops, this Paper Source location tends to have a better selection of items. Also, the staff is very helpful.
