Had to use services twice, just moved to chicago, and soon after was diagnosed and treated for several serious conditions and needed money for medical bc I missed so much work, they are not just nice pawn brokers, they are generally nice ppl who truly care about their customers, never been to pawn shop but thats not what I was expecting, I will never go to anyone but them even if I moved half a world away....they definitely will make you feel welcomed and comfortable even if youve never pawned before...they make it easy

1 month ago, I sold 5.9 grams of Gold, they gave me $60.00, I later learned it should of been more. They refused and still refuse to give me a reciept. I had to re-purchase my gold for 4 times the amount sold for. Since then, Ive spoken to 7 people w/ similar stories about Just Pawn. WARNING, stay away. They should be put out of business!!. Do Not go there. Im now forced to hit the Media and get Police involved to get the original receipt. They are garbage and thieves

Just Pawn is a Ripe off. Went in with my Ipad 4 these Jerk off tried to give me 75 Dollars on a loan!! Went to Cash America & got 130 that I wanted on a loan, PLEASE JUST STAY AWAY THEY THINK EVERYONE IS HYPE!!! JUST GO TO CASH AMERICA ON SHERIDAN & BROADWAY IF YOU NEEN EMERGENCY MONEY

Got an amazing deal on a laptop computer, flat screen t.v., and a ring. Their prices on jewelry cannot be beat. I paid $400 for a ring that I saw in a jewelry store for $1500... So this is my new spot.

They are respectful and friendly. They give you up to 3 months to come up with the money and unlike most pawnshop that charge 20%, they only charge 10% interest. I highly recommend this pawn shop.
