The manager at this EZ Pawn location is a mess. She was so hard to conduct business with, it was sad. When I returned to my car, I left in tears, it was that bad. However, I would rather leave in tears, than to have a battery charge on me. I was not trying to get a loan, nor sale anything. I was trying to spend money. She is very argumentative, when there is no need to be. She should be trying to gain sales, not run them away. This is EZ Pawn Ghetto Style at its best. Beware and Stay away from this location at all cost...... .

My sister brought her iPad in and it had a chip on the side not even a crack could be easily fixed and they told her $85 .so she told them let us explore our other options and they said okay .the next day she came back and they told her $0 for the iPad what kind of fuckery is this.and not to mention they thought that just because they said no we had no right to ask.

Every time I come in the service is poor. I wait Im line at 66" and staff pays no attention. I wanted to buy this apple computer and staff wouldnt show it to me and went on to the next customer as if she didnt just say sure. Their staff has no customer service skills. Which has to be a direct reflection of the management.

Boss was friendly, the white lady employee was not and tried effortlessly to shayball me out of what my item was worth, but the manager cleared all that up and I got a fair price. Yes, Im a seasoned negitiator so maybe I should have gotten a better deal but hey whats $5, right?
