If I could give no stars I would. I advice people when looking for a pawn shop to not go to this one. They rip you off and lose your stuff. Then they act like they dont care. The employees have no customer service skills and the manager, who wears glasses that look like theyre bout to fall off his face, is not better. This place really sucks.

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen! Rude and condescending employees. These people will low ball you on any item you bring in! The same item I took in to get rid of with them, I took to the pawn shop on Western and Madison and got 3 times more! Needless to say I will never step foot in this place again!

Ive been there a few times and they have always helped me out now I do agree the manager there the boriqua guy that looks like his glasses are about to fall off his face does give bad customer service besides that I have nothing to complain about
