I was at this location a week or so ago an I came into this store looking to purchase a ring for my girlfriend. So soon as I walked a lady that worked there greeted me. Then she began to show me rings. While in the process of showing me rings she had a attitude like she didnt want to help me. I asked questions about the rings an she gave me very short answers. I asked how many carats was the ring. She came back and told me the ring was 10 carats. I said thats impossible. If a ring was 10 carats you guys wouldnt be selling it for $100. While she was showing me rings she just walks off and started doing something else and never came back. So I left. I came back the next day and received the best costomer service from a bald head guy I believe his name was Len. He was very knowledgeable about the jewelry. I told him how much I was looking to spend. It was between $150-$250. I ended up buying a ring that cost more then what I wanted to spend but he made me feel comfortable in what I was buying. Btw my girl love the ring. Plus it was her birthstone. When I come back he is the only person Im willing to deal with. He was such a nice and friendly person compared to the lady I had previously. I would give home 5 stars

Decent amount of good stuff , especially musical equipt. The guys that work there pretty much all are friendly and helpful , especialy a curly hair bearded dude , I think his name is Adam...very helpful, knowledgeable and really works with customers...the girls that work there for the most part are rude , bitchy , ignorant and not even worth my time and money , I just go to a different pawn shop if I have to deal with the females there , but otherwise my favorite pawn shop in the region.....

They offered 15 for my watch and ez pawn gave me 40 for it. Atleast now I dont feel bad about the broke item I sold them for 60 bucks Maybe thats why they only wanted to give me 15 lol. They get there price offers from what there going for on eBay, 15 dollars for a 225 dollar watch in great condition in the original box is ridiculous Please see what ez pawn will give you before you take there offer

Kayla is the manager here. She is rude and seems not to care about providing any customer service. I found her behavior combative and borderline racist. When I called back and asked about speaking with the owner I was rudely hung up on. Please dont waste your money or time here. I wish i could give it no stars. I will be sure to also file a complaint with the BBB.

The blonde girl working the front desk was as rude as possible and had the worst customer service skills ever. She could barely comprehend her job and offered an insulting $30 for a Apple Watch after she took 15 minutes to figure out what I handed her. I highly recommend going somewhere else that pays better and will treat you right.
