DONT GO HERE! I Went to this pawn shop last night to pick up a firearm that I had in pawn.and it was the worst experience of my life.I got there and stood in line like everyone else which was at 4 pm.when I finally did make it to the front told the girl I was there to pick up she acted mad and told me it would take along time and did I still want to,of course I wanted to and it never takes over 15 mins.anywhere else.she then takes my licence and slams it around walks off and leaves it at the very end of the store for anyone to steal.An hour goes by and I tell it another lady its been unreasonably long and she tells me.to deal with it.another hour goes by and their are 3 ladies standing around and they wont even look in my direction and they are just standing around laughing with each other.when one of the women finally came back with my item I had been there over 2 hours and treated with complete disrespect.After I paid and she went to get my change I asked her to return my licence which she said she would but when she came back my licence was nowhere to be found.they lost them and it took another 30 mins to find them.Worst service ever and they didnt even know but I was gonna drop 1000$ on a rifle they had and there but Ill be going.to wades instead.they have better service and prices and its on the same road..

I agree with googles estimate that people typically spend >25 minutes or more here. If you have to go in EZ Pawn, then be prepared for a long wait. Even making a payment is tedious. The employees are friendly. However, they never seem to have a sense of urgency. Ive been in the store with two people ahead of me in line and 10 people ahead of me in line and I had to wait just as long each time. My suggestion is that management delegate the associates job duties. (For example: Have a payment only line/register, a pawn line, and a pawn redemption line so customers can flow in and out the store in a timely manner.)

Typically spend 20-30 mins in line while the staff talks and enjoys each others company. 9 out of 10 times when one of the staff goes to the back to retrieve something, they hide and take a break, sometimes up to 10 additional minutes. They very rarely even inform customers on where the line for service is, resulting in a crowd of people piling up in front of the desks. Meta is the only good employee. Whoever does the hiring there is the largest detriment to ezpawn

they offered me 100 dollars for a 1/3 c diamond round cut in 14k white gold. Also, the woman tried to tell me my ring is only 1/5 a carat, a difference in size that would cause a difference in price of the diamond of several hundred dollars. Except the carat size is stamped on the inside of the ring, so either she deliberately tried to rip me off b/c i said i wasnt sure or if they just need to train their employees better on appraising jewelry.

Never enough staff an always a very long wait to do anything, a purchase , a payout, just to examine a product , ect..... and the attitude of the employees are not professional or proud of their workplace. Just a real Debbie Downer when you walk in you can feel the tension from employees , and customers getting upset. because of the waitse

Horrible, horrible service. Ended up waiting 2+ hours to buy one item, a camera that was $90. Wouldnt let me test out the camera at the store, and it turns out it doesnt even take photos. AND I was never given a receipt, so I couldnt even return it. DO. NOT. GO.

they tried to offer me $60 for a sony plasma flat screen TV that is worth no less than $300. they were actually trying to sell smaller and worse conditioned TVs for $400. they will try to rip you off so dont let it happen

Less care in product than the thrift store, and waiting in line at Wal-Mart is preferable. They gain inventory through people attempting to make payments not having a spare 1 to 2 hours to wait.
