I walked into the pawn shop after shattering the screen on my phone. I had been in there one time before and saw that they had a couple iPhone 5 that I thought I could use to replace mine. There was a blonde woman there who was very helpful. I asked her whether or not those phones were compatible with MetroPCS service and the red headed woman interrupted and said, "we dont work for the phone company!" the redhead, who I believe is the assistant manager, was very rude and I told her that I was not speaking to her. I was conducting business with another employee. She said that she would not be discounting anything for me and that I was not welcome. I told her that she was disgusting and she called me a b**** and told me to never come back. I told her that I would not dream of ever spending a dollar someplace that I was treated like that. I have never been treated so badly in my life. and to think I was willing to spend $400 on a phone in that place! Instead I went to the cell phone repair shop on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard. There I got the same phone(Galaxy S5) for about $100 less and was treated very well by Ryan. Its right across the street from the Cricket Wireless store. Go check them out, they have the newest and hottest phones on the market.

One lady was very friendly in trying to help me. Until a lady that I assume was a manager ( wearing a black caliber shirt and blonde ) walks up behind her asking her what shes doing. The associate helping me said she was seeing if she could get something marked cheaper for me. They had a go pro listed for $399 and the retail price is $399 at Walmart. So the blonde lady gets on Walmart. Com and looks up the most expensive model that was in a package deal that came with all sorts of extras for $519 and tried telling me thats what she was selling me when all she really had was the camera and a couple extra batteries with a floating key chain. I then tried to explain my point that she did not have that whole package and kept aggressively asking me what I wanted to pay for it. When I named a price she said " cant do that have a nice day " while giving me a sarcastic smile. Im not one to be easily pissed off, but I will not be returning to this location.

I got a tablet in great condition here for a really cheap price. However they had other tablets there that they were attempting to sell at retail price. If I hadnt found the one that I purchased I would have thought they were trying to scam people but after talking to the employees it became apparent to me that they are just unknowable about the products they are selling. This could be a good or bad thing, perspective,I guess. That being said. Everyone there was super friendly to me and never seemed at all annoyed about the amount of time I spent researching my intended purchase ( Like I said, it was a super good deal. I was rather skeptical)

The staff was nice and pleasant the lady that helped me. Her name was Alexia Torres she was nice she made me laugh while I was there she knew I wasnt having a good day, left Easy Pawn happy and pleased with the service I received. I would recommend Easy Pawn to anyone, for whatever your needs or reason is.

Walked in with a friend to sell his PC. I went to look at DVD players and I could buy one brand new cheaper than this place. The workers were rude to me and my friend. We will never step foot in that place again.
