Me and my brother live an hour away, my brother called to pawn some plumbing tools and thoroughly described what he had. They replied with "We take any kind of tools". So we loaded up and made the trip. Upon arrival we took the tools inside and stood around waiting for 10-15 minutes. Once finally helped a gentleman said "hey do we take these kind of tools?" And another lady replied with "nope". My brother simply stated "I talk to someone here on the phone and they said yall do" ad the lady replied with "wasnt me".

So today is my sister birthday shes wanting one of those Pandora charms everywhere else had they were very expensive went to Capital Pawn I got 3 for the price of one brand new and she doesnt even know that you that its not shes so happy she even told me that this is the best birthday present ever!!! And thank you so much Gary to Roger who went above and beyond just to make this happen.

This is the best place if you need to pawn something. It also, has some pretty cool stuff in great condition...Lots of drills and lawn equipment, sound systems, Xbox consoles, flatscreens, big screems, monitors, phones, tablets, computers, jewelry, musical instruments. Staff is awesome. Very helpful and patient.

It was a horrible experience. They knew someone was banned from all area Pawn shops because they were dealing with stolen stop and seen the report yet let the same person back in to buy things. The manager Craig was very rude. I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go there

It was 4:45 and one employee offered me 5 dollars for an iron but another would not even look at anything . not even brand new drills. Said he couldnt use anything i had but then i said something about the lady and the iron and he felt obligated to buy that. Terrible. NEVER GO HERE .

Went to buy a gun there the stock was broken in half. The front sight was bent bad. Said they bought the gun for 100$ asking 299$ . Manger told me as is 110$ two days later they said 299$ still broken. I buy a lot stuff from pawn shops. 1 time there an the last time

Roger and Adam helped me out A TON today. I needed emergency gas money and I forgot the banks were closed. They took an item they dont normally take for $10. Seriously saved the day! Thanks guys! I know where to go next time for sure.

Rudeness is they number one priority, Dont go to this pawn shop ,I went to jacks super pawn and they given me much more than this RUDE and unprofessional pawn shop . Jacks super pawn is open Sundays also .
