Be very careful this place and the owner will try take as much money for you as possible. First off the owner smokes cigarettes in the store right in front of me blowing his nasty smoke in my face. Then I needed my phone activated but he never told me that I could do it free online instead he charged me $10. Next I payed of my phone bill (plan is $35 1gb before) now the plan increase to same price but 2gb for $35 but the owner of the store told me he would have to charge me $5 to get the 2gb plan. Why do I have to pay $5 to get 2gb if thats what the new plan is???? Please everybody dont go to this store rather shop online or try another store but inform yourselves. He will try sucker you into buying stuff you dont need at high prices.

Went in to this location looking to get a new phone and contract and I definitely must say Amir hooked me up :-) Amir and the other employee , I think his name was Devin, were both extremely knowledgeable about the plans and phones. They were also very personable and you could tell they genuinely are looking out for their customers and not just trying to make money which these days customer service like that is almost a thing of the past. Ill definitely be going here for any and all of my cell phone and computer related needs.

Looked up the hours of the store before I went. Said it was open. I arrived at 11am and no one was there. Waited for about 20mins and then ate lunch next to the store. I asked the lady if she happened to know where the store employee was and she told me he was supposed to show up today but hadnt seen him. at 12 I check again and still nothing. TL:DR; call the store to make sure the employee decided to go to work that day.

Came to secret shop this location and to my surprise the service was outstanding. Eavesdropped on a customers conversation and had mentioned to Moe how glad he was he trusted him coming back to pay the remaining balance of his phone, which on the previous day was short by a few bucks. Thats what I call excellent service. Keep up the hard work! #boostmobilecares.

Amir was one of the most helpful store owners Ive ever encountered. Unfortunately I dont live around the area to keep returning there but I would recommend this location to anyone who needs phones, computers, etc fixed and more! Just very genuine people work their and create a friendly environment and would recommend you stop in!

Amir provides great customer service and goes the extra mile to help people. He does three times as much as most Boost stores helping people. Also very knowledgeable and told me I can use my phone as a hot spot for my laptop, something I didnt know with other stores I went to. Thanks for all the help Amir!

Came here in an emergency b/c my original phone died & I thus lost my navigation aides, though on shift and thus in the hole. Amir found me an inexpensive, good phone so I could get back to work, & also found in ways for me to save on my monthly bill (though I wasnt paying that at the time)

If you need a knowledgable, honest sales person to sell you a phone, Admir is your guy. Hes great and its a plus that he has personality for days. Check his store our always has deals and promotions. I got my phone there and he also hooked up my boyfriends with a phone.
