they lost the only 2 good techs they had. From my understanding one left for a better job and the other quit because of the minimum wage everyone was getting and the god awful commission. The techs they have now are absolute shitters and the people in copy and print always appear to not want to deal with anyone. I went to get my PC repaired and when I went to pick it up it was just handed to me. The good techs I dealt with before actually set it up and showed me the problem was solved and answered any questions I had, but these new guys just handed it to me and walked away. Went home and saw my problem was not fixed. I guess you cant expect good service when your employees are living off minimum wage and 5% commission. Never realized those techs get a lousy $5~ to fix a pc. I cant see myself going back. Service was so bad I tried my best to find the techs I dealt with before. Found them online and 1 not only fixed my problem but at a cheaper price.

Sometimes the simple things in life makes us the most happiest and content. But living in the city the simplest thing, when it comes to good and effective customer service, is the most impossible thing to achieve. I cant even imagine how this place or any other makes money on helping people achieve getting simple printing items like cards or Flyers done when they are absolutely unequivocally Feedly messed up and every way possible. This was my experience I left out without hearing purchasing anything because its clear that the level of knowledge and expertise is 0 with these people who work in these and your best bet is to go online and get any of your needs done because it is truly over for these brick-and-mortar stores. I wouldnt recommend places like this to my worst enemy.

Terrible service. Stood at the copy center for about 3 minutes with 3 staffs there but no one to help. Even an acknowledgment wouldve been reasonable. Finally lost patience and called for attention to the closest staff. "Yeah???" She replied. Are you serious?...mind the rudeness, I told her I needed to print something from my email. She gave me an available computer (been available the whole time) and walked away. Thanks I guess? Took me 30 seconds to print and another few minutes to get her attention. "Yeah???" Same rudeness...thought of asking to speak to a supervisor but read her name tag and noticed that she WAS the supervisor. "Yeah???" "No, April, print supervisor, no fking thanks" Rest of staff followed her lead probably and was just as bad.

Very lazy and careless staff! I was shopping for supplies and I bought 6 tab dividers for 5.59 each and they charged me 9.89 for each! I had to wait 20 plus minutes to get the price check and pay what I was supposed to. They also over charged for my pens but I wasnt going to wait another 20 minutes so I just decided to leave instead. I really hope other customers check their receipts to make sure this rude location isnt stealing their money.

I called the store asking for their email so I can send a print job and "John" told me they are not accepting emails any longer for print jobs. He said his systems does not let them open the attachments. That I will have to upload the order online or bring a flash drive. I let him know that Melrose Park store still accepts my orders by email without any problem. It is their loss, not mine.

I had three pieces of paper I need it scanned and sent to an email they were not able to do it.. they wanted me to purchase a flash drive and do some other things then they would email it -that is poor service. I called OfficeMax and they were more than happy to help without purchasing a flash drive or doing any extra work..

Absolute terrible customer service! I stood at the copy center, to have a couple pieces of paper bound together, a 10-second project... For 10 minutes, then they told me I would have to leave it there and it would take them over an hour to do it! Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere, and will continue to do so forever.

this is one of those spots that remember what customer service is all about. they are always helpful and willing to locate something for you. I really enjoy making the boring task of buying office supplies become a more cheerful experience because of the customer focused staff here.

Slow - confused and disorganized. Lots of getting passed around from rep to rep. I wish there was still a Kinkos. If you call for information - find yourself on hold only to be received by another rep that will put you back on hold. They should close their print services.

I went to office depot to find out about a wireless printer to link to my phone,laptop and tablet. I spoke with Andrew Perez. He showed me printers and showed us how to use. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I also went to best buy and they didnt know shit. Thanks Andrew

Many times i go in the store they are low on staff at the printing department. Also picked up some business cards and font was blurry, when i mentioned it to the staff they were not very helpful. Quality doesnt meet the prices

The service keeps getting worse. I guess hiring African Americans for minimum wage doesnt help. We tried to print in the Print center and the CSR was rude and not helpful aka not wanting to work.
