I purchased warranties from this Office Depot on 3 different laptops on two different dates, 4 months apart. I was told the warranties were for accidental damage, but when I filed a claim on one the warranty company says the warranty does not include accidental damage. When I had them check they said none of the warranties I bought had the coverage I was told I was buying.The manager at the store blamed the store associate for giving me "inaccurate information" but has done nothing to make it right. So now Im out $250 for 3 worthless warranties and have to pay $140 to fix the dropped laptop. I am filing a complaint with the IL attorney generals office.

Staff is Great, Management very unprofessional. Left the store feeling like I had done something wrong to her. Wont go back and now I understand why they had no shoppers there and why they had no cash on hand to pay for my return. So they made me exchange for something more expensive. Is that even legal?

Went in the other day to get some sales documents printed. I needed them printed quickly so I could get to my meeting. The got me in and out quicker than expected and were very helpful.

Employees sometimes not very helpful. Limited supplies and often not the top-quality brands -- e.g., 3-ring binders. Prices sometimes not competitive with larger retailers.

Stores fine, moderately helpful staff, last purchase though was a office chair I bought for like $200 that fell apart after a year of use so not a fan of their chairs

Found little expensive compared to other stores. They have some good options though for office furniture.
