Horrible customer service. My fiancee and I have been in multiple times and the printing staff is terrible. Each time an employee named Bruce would complain about how he didnt want to be there. We had brought in custom labels to be printed and the test printed out just fine but when she put the rest in they came out backwards. Then told us there was nothing they can do! These are for a wedding the following week! Just terrible over all.

I needed advice on some software and had scores of choices...their staff correctly advised the perfect software for my project in a few minutes by listening intently to my needs. also, I have had several instances where I sent their printing solutions people a file or two and it is always ready in a flash with zero hassles at super prices. Great work.
