Bought my wifes wedding ring here. Everything was fine until about 14 months after I bought the ring. One diamond fell out and it took over a month to fix. Two days after that another diamond fell out and we were told it was being rushed to be fixed. Three weeks have passed and I checked the status of the ring and it says its being shipped to the repairer. My wife has been without her wedding ring since before Christmas and it is now Valentines Day. I will never purchase jewelry from here again. When you spend thousands of dollars on something, it should be assembled properly. I can understand the ring having issues if it was more then 14 months old!! I should also mention that they assured my wife that she would have the ring by Valentines Day, which was a lie.

My fiance got my ring from here on the 26th of December 2015 on the 27th I had already noticed a diamond missing I hadnt done anything other than your normal everyday things showering getting dressed went grocery shopping I dont understand and he got the lifetime warranty but why would I want the same people who made the ring to fix it IDK its not very professional how can you charge so much for something clearly made so cheaply now I have to go without my ring so it can be sent out and "Fixed" because of somebody elses mistake its BS I dont recommend Zales at all to anyone go elsewhere I dont even know after it gets fixed how long it will last if you want a ring that will last Id maybe say Kay or Jared even tho they cost even more its probably worth it

Order a ring a month ago. It was shipped to the store and I received a tracking number. I waited 3 weeks after the tracking number said it was delivered to the store to receive a a phone call but I never got one. So I went ahead and called myself. After a 20 minutes phone call they told me that the order isnt even showing up in the "database" and they dont know what to tell me. I have proof that the ring was delivered to the store, and I have a receipt of my payment with an order number and theyre claiming that it doesnt exist. What the hell kind of store is this? Im about to call corporate.

There seems to be a few negative reviews for this location but I had an enjoyable experience here. They helped me purchase a rose gold with morganite ring for my girlfriend that was exclusively available through the Zales website. Only minor issue was they said they would call me when it arrived but didnt. Not a big deal though. I kept track of it every step of the way with its tracking number from my phone and picked it up one or two days after it was delivered. No issues at all.

AVOID!!! Please Please Please don’t go here! Use the Internet! Educate yourself! Avoid this store! We had to return my ring after the wedding because we found huge inclusions in it. We didn’t notice in the store because of the wacked out lighting. Terribly disappointing! Post-experience, I felt as though the staff was trying to mislead us into buying a lower quality product.

Put a ring on hold and was making payments. I was told if at any time I needed to stop and cancel I could get my money back. Had to go through many phone calls and lots of waiting to get that approved. Finally get told it will take up to 10 weeks to nail me the check. Its now been 14weeks and guess who hasnt recieved their money back...
