My boyfriend and I just went there where he was going to propose. He had the ring picked out and the papers ready to finalize. We were just going to do an upgrade from the promise ring I had. The lady dealing with us had told my boyfriend he would only have to pay $350 out of pocket and that he could use his $100 santa cash certificate. When he brought me in for the "proposal" the lady then told him that it would be approximately $850 out of pocket and he could not use the santa cash. Well $850 is more than what was said when they had finalized everything. The manager then said there is nothing they can do she was a new and part time employee. The happiest moment of my life became the most embarassing moment of my life as the lady humiliated us. We did not purchase the ring and we will not be back!

Super friendly staff! The lady that helped me was beyond nice and very helpful. She allowed me to look at A LOT of different rings and let me try them on! Gave me all their information for financing etc. Very helpful. Definately will be back and hopefully so will my boyfriend (;
