heard good things about this place, thought id try it. brought a ring in for repair and thought i was clear when saying i wanted the ring fixed right and that cost was not the issue, well when i got the ring back it looked just as bad as when i brought it in and there was also some other damage to another prong that wasnt there before. when i confronted him, he said he never touched the other side... now when you fix a ring, how can you not touch the other side. even if you didnt wreck it, wouldnt you think youd at least call the customer and say you found further damage or were you wearing blinders when you fixed it. nonetheless, he took none of the blame and now i have to go to a real jeweler to get it fixed right

I will never go to another jeweler again. They completely won my business. I took my ring in for some minor repairs and they went above and beyond. There was some damage from moving on the back of the band. When it was returned to me you could barely even see it plus the replaced stones that were just loose. The staff is wonderful and attentive. They even called me with a price estimate before they did the work. I cant recommended them enough.
