I can not say enough about this place. We usually bought our jewelry here and occasionally my husband would buy at Zales. Dalzell stands behind their jewelry and their work. When I have had a problem they always take care of it - above and beyond what I expect. For example I cleaned my necklace from Zales and a diamond fell out. Luckily I recovered the diamond and brought it to Zales where they wanted to charge me $30 plus dollars to set the stone back in their piece. I had a ring that I took to Dalzells to fix a prong. A couple months later the prong wore down and I lost the diamond. I took it to Dalzells and they not only set it it free but replaced the diamond no charge. I dont buy jewelry from anywhere else anymore. They are awesome.

Disappointing experience. I took my silver ID bracelet in to have the clasp replaced. I expressed the importance that the new clasp be strong and lay flat along with the rest of the links. After receiving the call that it was done I returned only to have Tim break the new clasp while demonstrating it to me. I picked out a sturdier style clasp (first one was his pick) and left my bracelet to be fixed again. After a period of time I called the store to be told "Oh yeah, its ready". I arrived to find the wrong clasp had both been ordered and was attached so it twisted the rest of the bracelet. I told them to remove that clasp and give me the bracelet back. I wont be returning for strike 3.
