Terrible customer service. I brought my ring in to be sized and it was estimated to take two weeks. I was told the owner was out of town so my ring was never taken care of. I had to call to ask when my ring was going to be done because I had heard nothing. I was told it would take another two weeks after it had been sitting in the store for two weeks and they did nothing with it. I could not believe how poor the communication was. I picked up my ring untouched because I did not want to give them my business. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Walking into a local place with the friendliest staff you can imagine. I purchased a diamond for my fiance there and she cant go out anywhere with out at least one person complimenting on how much it shines! They dont try and push anything on you, they took time to explain what a good and bad cut look like and really helped me understand what to look for in a good diamond.
