Was in a quick fix and needed a ring sized and repaired. They have bent over backward getting it in. Also, they do all of their repairs in house, rather than ship to bufu. Also, some of the items in the store are absolutely brilliant. The nature items and the home decor are amazing.

I found the staff at Perlman to be extremely rude. When I told him about the engagement ring I was looking for he insulted me by saying "that wouldnt be very impressive." Do yourself a favor and give your business to someone who deserves it!
