I called on Tuesday to order an AC condenser. The guy said no problem and that it would be in on Wednesday and if not then he would call me to give me an update. I didnt get a chance to go in on Wednesday but went in on Thursday since I didnt get a call. The girl who helped me said there was no order ever put into the system but she herself would put in the order and they would have it by 130pm the same day. I left work to go back in and pick it up and she just goes, "oh its 130pm already?" And goes back to look for it and it STILL wasnt in. I called back now to make sure it was there before going by again and the guy said no its not in. Not only that but he cant even give me a DATE as to when it WILL be in. He said it could be tomorrow could be a week... no way to tell. Then I ended up calling back to see if there was seriously no way they could get me more information. He looked further into it and finally is able to let me know it will be in the next day. Well, it comes in and is the WRONG PART. So we call back to see if they can get me the right part and they do supposedly have it so we go in to get it and well it is the WRONG PART AGAIN. In the end I ended up returning everything and just ordering offline. The employees who work here are extremely unqualified, uneducated and lack all qualities necessary to successfully help customers. I would highly recommend to never go here ever! They will not help, they will screw everything up, they will make promises they cannot keep, and in the end youll just waste a lot of time when you can spend less online. I am extremely frustrated being that it is over 100 degrees in Savannah right now and I had called several places to find out where could get it the quickest AND Ive already paid. Terrible customer service.

This was a busy time and the staff seemed knowledgeable but seemed like they needed more help at the counter There was a female employee looking like she was doing all the stock work or maybe deliveries that was impressive her name tag was Davuetta or something like that much better than other locations

Busy, but helpful. Replaced a bad battery and a tail light bulb. Completed research online before going and had a coupon for 20% off. What was online was exactly at the store. Although the associate could not remove the battery, he provided a ratchet set. Was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Everything about this store is professional. Rod, a manager, went above and beyond. Helping be install both my headlight bulbs and fuses in my 2002 Hyundai accent. Ive been using this store since Ive moved to savannah. Great people.

Great place for auto parts and auto accessories. I bought two wiper blades here and they installed them without me asking. Its hard to beat customer service like that.
